    Evening everyone,

    Lantanna, great loss, well done.

Mildredd, glad you've now finally got referred for a removal, and here's hoping the painkillers and antispas. tablets help you. I don't even think I could concentrate on SW, let alone try to stay on plan, so I think you're doing really well considering.

MrsR, hope you're doing OK today.

Becks, you can do this! Nice to have something/date to aim for too.

Lantanna, I'd have been a bit unnerved with the FB thing too, but I guess that is the way of today. I must admit to using FB to be a bit of a stalker sometimes, but I don't necessarily want to add someone. Men can have a much more straight forward way of thinking though, so he may just have thought it reasonable to friend request. We women can tend to over-analyze (I can) and would be reading all manner of things into it, questioning why, etc. Hopefully he doesn't think you're a bunny boiler for blocking him though!! You've made contact again, and explained, so that should be enough. If not, his loss.

Well today I have sat on my fat bum most of the day, so no body magic for me. Tell a lie, I walked about 200 steps to/from the post box, to post a job application.

Food has been on plan though :D

    Today's plan : EE

    B - Danio yogurt (1.5), banana, apple
L - Baked spud, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, pickled onions, philadelphia light (2), chicken breast. Salad cream (1)
Snack - kelloggs bar (HeB), satsuma
D - Beef brisket in gravy (yummy), SW roasties, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli.
Supper - Highlights hot choc (2)
    HeA - milk in teas
    Total syns = 6.5

OH and I have made the decision to go away with the 2 youngest boys on holiday this year, back to Cornwall where we went in 2009. That was the last time I lost plenty of weight, and in the pictures I was a size 14, and looked OK. I even wore a swimsuit on the beach, and didn't get harpooned! So, it's the last week of August we go, and if I keep with the same sort of losses I've had so far, a pound off every week or so, I think it's reasonable to expect to be a size 14 again by then.... I'd really like it to be a small size 14, truth be told. I have a whole wardrobe of holiday clothes just waiting to be worn, so I HAVE to do this, as I'm too skint to buy any more. That's 26 weeks, I could have another 2 stone off by then. Like I said to Becks, it's nice to have a mini-target along the way to aim for. I'm not expecting to get to my ultimate target until at least next year, just because I have found my losses to be so slow this time around, but slowly-slowly-catchy-monkey :D

  • Could I join the challenge please. I pledge 3lbs. Now I know that doesn't sound much but I have 3 birthday celebrations and a weekend away during the next 7 weeks so feel my target is achievable and realistic :)
