macpep, tatties, ham and cabbage- what can I say; it's a delicacy! Do you fry your cabbage in with the bacon? Mmmmmmm, drooling at the thought.

I did indeed!!! with butter frylight & black pepper, was very very tasty.

Had an absolute carp night last night, don't know what was wrong with me, felt very low & irritable for some reason & I ended up using 46 syns, leaving me only 19 until next Monday. I dont usually get cravings as such but last night I would have ate a scabby horse :(.

I will be keeping the rest of my syns for Sat as I am making hubby a steak dinner for his birthday. I plan to go on cross trainer to see if I can recoup something before WI on Monday.

I have only reasd back a little so apologies if I have missed out any newbies/returners/losses etc.

    EE Today

B- Frozen Berries, melon, FF nat yoghurt
L - Speed Soup, melon, strawberries, kiwi
D - SW Chips, stuffed chicken breast (HEA of philadelphia) wrapped in ham, veg

Syns so far - 1 for milk in coffee

Today has been a bit of a weird one! As it was WI this morning I had my usual banana but we had a taster morning so wasn't really hungry at lunchtime so just had a boiled egg.

Was quite pleased as after going over on syns during this week I only put on 0.5lb so still well within target.

Tonight will be the LO pork curry from a couple of nights ago. The curry sauce has loads of veg in it so hopefully I'll have enough to call today an EE one.

    HEA - milk as usual
    HEB - 4 Ryvita crispbreads - original/dark rye 2 of each

Syns - taster morning 5? spread on Ryvitas 3.5

Shala, can I go for 10lbs off for the challenge please?

Sorry I'm a little late to the party, I had a bit of an 'off weekend' - but I am back on track and don't seem to have done too much damage. Had a half-pound on this week, but it seems to have gone plus some this week, so fingers crossed for a decent loss on Monday!

This challenge will be easier to keep track of than the last one - the last one I started before officially joining slimming world, and started using exact weights, whereas doing sw online its rounded to the nearest half pound, so I had to keep track of it separately. This time, I'll just go with the SW figure - nice and easy!

Number of trips to loo approx 2,937 ;)

I am very excited though as just been with my wee group of friends and we have booked a real cheapie to Murcia at end of May. I have 14 weeks folks and this has motivated me more than anything ever could :j

This also has been me today on Day 1, I think I drunk well over 2ltrs and lost count of the toilet visits :o

Ok so Day 1 almost done. My meal plan for today has been so far:

    B - f/free yogurt, tangerine and kiwi
L - tuna salad (lettuce, cucumber and tomato) 4syns for r/f mayo and cherries
D - salmon fillet, rice, peppers, beans, peas and cucumber. White Options (2syns) f/f yogurt and rasperies.

So a total of 6 syns and I still have my HE to have so will have 3 light babybel and a packet of ryvita minis. If I get peckish I will have a pot of s/f jelly for 0.5 syns

I've had water and NAS with my meals. So all in all a good day on plan and well within my syns. I'm tempted to get back on with some exercise, but don't want to go all out and then lose interest. I know how I work now so really want to try and keep things going and stay motivated. Its also so nice eating carbs again. I stopped having them for the last 2-3 months and put on weight.

I didn't want to say anything as I felt ashamed but I put on over a stone and a half on holiday and went to group last night weighing the heaviest I have done for around 3 years :(

But I am more determined then ever as my husband is coming back from America in the summer, he has been out working there for the last 2 years, we separated briefly whilst he was over there and went through a really rough patch, but hopefully we are back on track and I want to look good when he comes home. (I am doing this for myself as well) But hopefully yo lovely lot will know what I mean.

Hope you're dong ok Mildredd don't be too hard on yourself.

Lantanna thanks for letting us know about your potential date (Im so nosey lol) I wouldn't be too put off with the whole fb thing I'm sure he was just taking an interest in you. I would have had a nosey if it was me, and he obviously likes you to want to add you as a friend!! Make sure you keep us posted.

    Hope everyone else is ok

So I'm going to be well over syns this week
Mondays binge I didn't count and put it down as post wi treats :/

Today's one totals 35 which would leave me with 30? For the next 3 days but I'm meant to be going out on Sunday for lunch n bday cake :( so ill be over there :( so annoyed with myself

On positive I've now finally been referred to the hospital to see a consultant to get it removed :) and came away with a bumper bag full of painkillers and antispasmodic tablets :)

Friday and Saturday I will have to success express or at least keep it to a minimum syn level.

Going to scoff a massive bowl of fruit now and my hexb

And fingers crossed hope for the best pah I don't wanna stall or take the scenic route :( I want this weight off overnight :(
