Gained 1.5lbs Annie. Gutted! I only needed a pound for my 3 stone award and instead of losing it I put it on!! Didn't think I'd had a bad week (apart from snaffling popcorn from the kids at the cinema!).Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Yet another busy day, not had time to read back yet. Just wanted to post today's menu before I forget.
Green Day:
B: Large portion shreddies (HeB1&2), cherries & ff yoghurt.
L: Noodles. Banana.J Potato, Sweet chilli Philadelphia & salad.
milk for tea.(HeA1)
BM: 1 hr Callanetics.
Treat: Latte (HeA2)
Syn Bank: 35
Afraid it went downhill a little after that as I had a piece of cake/tart with the latte. It was a sort of tart filled with syrup, rice crispies & cornflakes, goodness know how many syns in that! I know it'll have been more but I'm just going to count it as my full 15 syns for today and start again tomorrow.Weight loss 0/2st

Ooops got distracted by all the little jobs!
Had to order bf some food ( I had completely forgotten he was going to basketball training tonight and its a late one!) I was very disciplined tonight though and didn't order myself anything 'just because':)
Tomorrow I have my dad coming round for a couple of hours in the morning to supervise more driving; quick trip to Lidl for a couple of the long tops and cropped leggings they have on their Thursday offers then nipping to Asda as the route there has some tricky points (roundabouts mainly) and I will use the trip to buy the next fortnights formula and some bits which are on offer for our holiday first week of August
Feeling positive so if there's no loss/only a small one this week I will have to wonder why!
Have only just realised I haven't had a HeB and we don't have anything in unless one of the Honey Monster Stix flavours still counts?
Tomorrow:
B: tea (milk from HeA), total 0% with fruit (strawberries, kiwi, grapes)
S: banana
L: hmm not 100% yet probably salady bits
T: again not 100% yet as i thought we had something I wanted in...but we don't
Best hit the hay; wonder bairn should be up for a feed in three short hours!
maman think those are the onesthanks!

Well done Janie and everyone else reporting losses :T
Enjoy the drive lush. I can remember when I was learning to drive - by the time I came back in from my lesson my knuckles were white and legs were like jelly.Come to think about it - that was 30 odd years ago and I'm probably not much better now :rotfl:

Welcome maisie
Great idea about getting your mum to do WI amberProbably trying not to confuse me then! 2 of each is nice and easy to understand. I'm on another 6 (3/4 HEA and 2/3 HEB) as well because of breastfeeding. To be honest I don't usually manage to eat that many! That'll be a help when my baby starts eating solids because then I have to start dropping some of them.
Technically I may not be doing EE then. But I'm certainly eating lots of healthy food, loads of the free and superfrees, and lost half a stone so far so it's workingmarywooyeah wrote: »Hello, thank you for the warm welcome, and hello again Lushlifesaver
thank you for the heads up Denise I'll have a look at the page you suggested xxx
I think the extra HEXs are probably for the breast feeding. If I were you I'd ask your consultant/read about Green as it'll mean you can still have 2 of each even after you've finished breast feeding.lushlifesaver wrote: »Have only just realised I haven't had a HeB and we don't have anything in unless one of the Honey Monster Stix flavours still counts?
2 chocolate and honeycomb are down as a HEB and :T on resisting the take away.
I went to WI tonight and gained 1.5lbs. Doesn't sound so bad but it's taken me to right on the top of my target range. I haven't been there for three years. When I'm out to lunch tomorrow I'm going to be very sensible and eat as SW friendly as I can. Then I don't see any reason why I can't stick to plan for a whole week (but I'm sure I'll find one:().0 -
