Thanks for the lovely welcomes.
Today I took DS1 swimming and then we went to MacD's and tried to have a sensible choice, it was a last minute decision otherwise I would have worked out what to have in advance.
menu today was
breakfast: 2 x lm onion and rosemary sausages, bacon and tomato, dg latte (2.5 syns)
lunch: mcchicken sandwich (19.5 syns)
dinner: Pork medalions with baby new potatoes, sweetcorn and broccoli
haven't had a HEa or HEb today yet but really don't fancy anything. May have ryvita and cheese to use them up.
Syns used today 22
Syns bank: 61.5 used 43.5 remaining
DH has been tempting me with wine as he does not have work tomorrow and neither do I but I am resisting as I have had enough syns today - darn you MacD's lol0 -
Well done joedenise! Target is a long way away for me, but hopefully one of these days I'll get there.
I forgot hubby was out this evening (he almost never goes out). So my dinner got amended from burger and chips to beans on toast. And then again to a toasted wholemeal roll with a side of beans when I discovered the bread had gone mouldy.:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls

breakfast: 2 choc & honeycomb honey monster stix, satsuma, tea

tea: still not 100% decided but may include a small dessert to use up some syns
must drink more though
One thing I ALWAYS do is as soon as I come downstairs in the morning is get the litre bottle of water that I put in the fridge the night before out. I carry it round with me as I do all my jobs, taking a few mouthfuls a a time until it's gone, I don't notice in the whirlwind of breakfsts, washing up and tidying and getting us both sorted for work and school and I'm halfway to my two litres a day, I also tend to have a brew with breakfast.
I do the same with a litre bottle and the water cooler at work and again when I get home. I usually drink at least three litres.
Today has been bang on plan:
Breakfast - Mushroom omelette and plum tomatoes
Dinner - SW quiche and salad, pineapple and kiwi and some worcester sauce french fries
Tea - Superfart soup and SW wedges and strawberries after
Going to have a benefit bar and an options later
HEXA - Milk/quiche
HEXB - A benefit bar - speed not fibre today
Syns - Seven - Crisps and hot chocolate
BM - First run since I got shin splints, only managed 20 mins, but with 5 minutes each of warming up and down, that'll do :j0 -
Its been a very busy week for me but its all worth it because on Saturday I've got a spa day for my sisters birthday and then on Sunday/Monday I'm away with Hubby to celebrate our anniversary which was earlier this week.
Today I've made a cake for my sister which I will decorate tomorrow. I still need to wrap her presents this evening and generally get organised for the weekend.
Todays menu is a bit sparse on SF's especially at tea time as I had to take daughter's to the dentist and ran out of time to make the veg.
EE Menu:
B: All bran, cherries & ff yoghurt.
L: Noodles.Turkey & Pasta bake with SW fried potatoes. Melon & nectarine.
Milk for tea.
Syn Bank: 35
BM: 30 min Callanetics.
Tomorrows menu I think will be green:
B: Shreddies, cherries & ff yoghurt.
L: Beans on wholemeal Toast (5syns). Fruit. Latte.Spicy butternut squash stew with boiled rice. Banana
Milk in Tea.
Syn bank: 45
BM: 2 hrs ballroom.
I'm fully expecting to be off plan on Saturday so will use up all syns in the bank then. Sunday may be slightly better and I will be dancing on Monday so a little body magic to compensate.
I will still WI on Saturday and hope to post on Sunday as we don't leave until late Sunday afternoon.Weight loss 0/2st

Back from WI and really surprised to find I've actually lost 0.5lb! Definitely unexpected so now 1lb under target weight so happy with that.

That's great denise. :T I hope to join you at target (or preferably below) ASAP.Well done joedenise! Target is a long way away for me, but hopefully one of these days I'll get there.

Strangely enough we had to throw out the wholemeal bread on Wednesday:(. It was Allinson's and I only bought it in Sainsbury's on Saturday. Must be the weather.
I don't know if you eat quorn from choice but I make SW burgers with mince and find them yummy. I generally make a whole batch and freeze them for an easy meal.
I've been positively angelic today but I'm still feeling fat and bloated. Probably because I've just had a big dinner. MY DH is out too so I took advantage as he doesn't eat eggs. I was going to have egg and chips but decided I should try to fit in SFs although it could easily be a Green day. Also my friend and I found a beachside caf! that did us salads without dressing. So I just had a sachet of mayo so knew exactly what I was eating.
My Green (?) menu:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB Shreddies, HEA milk
L: Prawn (HEB) saladmushroom/tomato/pepper omelette with SW chips, beetroot and cornichons. Plus I had a (very small) HEA of cheese on top of the omelette.
Syns: sachet of mayo0 -
Fridays menu
B. All bran,A/B. Strawberries.
Snack toast and butter 6 Syns
L. Soup, jacket potato salad.
Snack. Mugshot, fruit
D. Burger, s/w chips tomato beetroot
Supper orange, 2 morning coffee biscuits 1 syn
A milk B cereal
7 Syns

Your menu for today is definitely Green and no need to syn the toast (assuming it's one of the breads that are HEB) - so you either have 5 syns left or another HEB.
Another EE day for me today:
B - scrambled eggs on toast; banana
L - sweet chilli prawns & noodles
D - steak, corn on the cob & salad
HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB - bread for toast
Have plenty of fruit and Muller lights to snack on if needed.
Syns will be weekend wine whilst we're away.

Me and hubby are veggie so it'd be quorn even if I wasn't doing SW
Must agree though, I've been batch cooking lots and it does help. I can usually do a massive casserole or pasta sauce and it is 3 meals worth for the pair of us, sometimes the toddler will have some too but it depends what mood she is in!:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls
