Ah, consultant, you are too kind. I wasn't on a proper holiday - I'd just been so off the rails SW wise that I called it a SW holiday, lol. Getting back on track is hard though.
Hello new people.
Friday's Menu
Breakfast: cheat's eggs benedict with hexb toast (2 syns)
Lunch: "Whatever I Find in the Fridge" soup - happened to be potato, onion, baked beans, red pepper, carrot, cabbage, red chilli and roast chicken with some ground ginger and rice thrown in
Dinner:Batchelor's cheese leek and ham pasta, made with some hexa milk (1 syn), with tomatoes, spring onion and beetroot, WW raspberry tart yogurt, melon
Snacks: chocolate digestive (3 syns)
Total 6 syns.
Don't know what I'll have later tonight yet.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
I have been missing in action again. Also had a bad couple of days SW wise. Had about 25 Syns on Wednesday and not going to even count yesterdays - crisps, chocolate and vodka! Just feeling really fed up. Finally hit the 3 stone loss mark and have at least another 6 stone to go. Having a self pity party that I still have a long long way to go. Need a good talking to!
Weigh in day was Wednesday and it was 3.3 lbs off.
Off to catch up with the thread now.0 -

Yes, please, consultant.:A
I've just put a SC of vegetable soup on so making headway on having SW Ready Meals to hand. I'm sure to be snacking on it later, whether I'm hungry or not.;)0 -
That's a fab loss tazzy. Well done.:T
Don't worry about yesterday's blow out. It happens to everyone. Just get back on plan and onto your next challenge.:)
It is hard getting back greentiger. I had a holiday (from SW and otherwise) and was very slow to get properly back on plan. Last week's WI convinced me to take it seriously.:(0 -
Hi all
Have had quite a good day today which is good as I was out all morning and totally craving a latter and cake somewhere but I had planned my food and drinks for the day so was able to resist.
Breakfast: 2 x LM sausages, bacon and tomatoes, DG lattee (2.5 syns)
lunch: chicken and lettuce
dinner: 2 x home made burgers (mince, onion, herbs - syn free!), potato salad (new potatoes, 1 Tbsp mayo 0.5 syns, 1 tsp wholegrain mustard 0.5 syns and fat free yoghurt mixed together) and then the salad in the July issue of the mag with Ramadan (cucumber, tomato, red onion, chilli, mint, corriander and lemon juice - syn free) and totally scrummy. Had one wholemeal 60g roll (HEb) and 30g of gouda (HEa) with one of the burgers in. Feel totally stuffed now but have 500ml of wine measured out for this evening (18 syns) as that's my Friday and Saturday night treats.
Have planned strawberries with a ML yoghurt for supper but to be honest if I am this full I won't need them!

Hello everyone
long time MSE lurker and reader....
Signed up tonight hoping to find some support to lose a stone or so - put on over the last 18 months due to ill healthand stopping smoking:T. Feel so huge now
. Signed up to SW with a friend a couple of years ago just to take off half a stone and didn't manage much due to various circumstances but liked the healthy eating approach. Now however, my clothes don't fit and I don't want to buy bigger and slide into accepting I am bigger....
Class in my local fairly rural area clashes with something else I do and need to continue doing, so I am going to be using my books and hoping for some moral support - this thread seems very friendly
Planning to start tomorrow, I think my downfall at the moment is evening nibbling and too many glasses of wine over the week - not a huge amount, but looking at the syns, they seem to add up
Any tips very welcome and I'm sure to have questions!
