Not had a very good week this week so expecting a gain this morning but hopefully will still be within target range.

    Back to EE again today:

    B - pear after WI
L - LO couscous and veggie tagine
D - a sort of moussaka - mince & onions layered with sliced courgettes and aubergine topped with sliced potatoes, will pour stock over before topping with the potatoes. Potatoes with be sprayed with Buttery Frylight.

HEA - Milk for tea throughout the day
HEB - no idea at the moment but maybe some Ryvitas this evening?

Syns - not sure yet but butter if I have Ryvitas later.

I think the extra HEXs are probably for the breast feeding. If I were you I'd ask your consultant/read about Green as it'll mean you can still have 2 of each even after you've finished breast feeding..

I must in effect be doing Green. The HEX on Green according to the pregnancy and breastfeeding booklet is 8 total which is what I'm on, but I was working on EE which says 6 for the feeding and then 2 more for veggie. Probably do need to read up on Green then but I'm guessing it can't be too different.

I'm gonna keep feeding as long as possible to keep my extra HEXs :D

Oh, what the heck, I'm on some sort of plan and it's healthy :rotfl:

    Welcome Mary and Maisie :T:T

Couldn't get to weigh in this week, and not sure how regularly I'll be able to go in the future. Changing work/bf routines have come up unexpectedly. Annoying, as I'd bought a countdown! Oh well.

Yesterday was very on plan, fruit and yogurt for breakfast, salad and HEB crispbreads for lunch, spaghetti bolognese for dinner. 2 Syns for red wine and 2 for chorizo in the dinner and that's it for the day. I've been in a bit of an over-synning pattern but "it's ok because I've exercised". Have given myself a talking to :) HEA skinny iced latte.

Also walked 4.5 miles and then did Couch to 5 k for very nearly 2 miles.

Late start today, will have fruit and yogurt for breakfast, crispbreads for lunch and sausage casserole for dinner. Hm skinny iced latte HEA. There will be either 2.25 or 4.5 miles of walking today, depending on if I walk home from work or not. Considering doing some fitness ball in a little while. Every time I think I've found my enthusiasm again I lose it quickly, determined to not do that this time.. At least for a week or so :rotfl:

2 chocolate and honeycomb are down as a HEB and :T on resisting the take away.

Yay; thanks again maman they've had loads recently in our local Fultons at £1.50 for two packs so I may try and stock up a bit!

I am having serious morning issues, I'm just not hungry enough to make myself eat anything! I've had a satsuma and a cup of tea so far and I'm not overly fussed for anything more :/ will try for a banana and a few grapes with a couple of strawberries once I've sorted myself and wonder bairn for the day

yemma, is there any way you could get to another group? I see you live in a big city so there must be loads around on different days and times. Seems a shame to waste a Countdown.

I'm off out to lunch soon. I will eat on plan, I will eat on plan.......

    Todays food:-

Breakfast - bran flakes with milk, banana (HEB and a bit of A, will use rest in coffee)

Lunch - mozzarella, tomato & basil salad (will bump up the salad by quite a bit so I've got lots to eat, and I've finally found where my tescos stocks the fat free salad dressing!)

Dinner - burger & chips :-) Going to have a crack at making homemade chips with frylite for the first time. Wish me luck! Hubby was missing one of our go-to dinners so I've got wholemeal rolls and quorn burgers and there'll be some more salad to go with. Will need to check the burgers but guess if they aren't free they will only be a couple of syns.

Snack on fruit. Well, that's the plan anyhow.

Drinks of coffee, water with lemon juice, and treat of some vimto (3.5 syns for 2 glasses at the strength I like.

ETA - basic quorn burgers so looks like half a syn each

Really fancy a big grill for dinner tonight, going to have Beefburger,
bacon, sausage, beans., mushrooms ,tomatoes and might be a complete pig and have egg and SW chips as well.

Breakfast was fruit and yogurt and lunch prawn stirfy.

    Healthy extra cheese and ryvitas.

Snacks fruit, celery and carrots sticks

Looking at this I think the only thing I have to syn is the sausage, 1/2 a syn, its weight watchers. wondering if I have this right as that seems an awful of food for 1/2 syn, if anyone has the time would you check it for me.Please.

Lunch: leftover brown rice, steamed veg and some baked chicken plus 1syn of extra light mayo
tea: still not 100% decided but may include a small dessert to use up some syns

    must drink more though

Back from WI and really surprised to find I've actually lost 0.5lb! Definitely unexpected so now 1lb under target weight so happy with that.

    well done Denise.

I wrote a post yesterday but it seems to be waol - or even awol!!!

    Today's Menu

Breakfast: hexb roll with bacon and a little tomato sauce (1 syn)
Lunch: couscous with chicken, tomatoes, spring onions and radishes, WW strawberry tart yogurt
Dinner: redcurrant glazed lamb steaks, potatoes, onion, green beans and beetroot (0.5 syns)
    Snack: banana

Total: 1.5 syns, still to have hexa

Will try to not have much in the way of syns as I'm still trying to make up for my SW holiday - no excuses for that.

    Good luck everyone.
