Beef broth in slow cooker was a total success :j. In the instructions it said to drop in dumplings 30 mins before the end of cooking but I will just add that we refrained from doing this (this time anyway :p).

Hubby just made me a ML frappacino only to find that the blender has started to leak at the bottom - not good :(.

Bought some Raisin Wheat cereal today to use for hexbs for a change - I was really into Weetabix and then all of a sudden I cannot face it. I don't mind just picking on them dry and that saves milk/cheese for something else.

Found recipe for carribean chicken in slow cooker leaflet but it uses tinned fruit which I thought I would have to syn but I found that some tinned fruit can be used as hexb. Will have to look into this further.

PS Maman would love to get organised enough to be able to do batch cooking for the freezer but I just have to remember that space is of a premium. Even if we can do a couple of extra portions each time we cook something and bung that in the freezer I am sure they will come in handy.

Mmmm totally worth it, cheese on toast with worcester sauce and some strawberries to finish :T

    Thinking about this tomorrow

B - Bacon, egg, tomatoes, mushrooms, HEXB toast

D - Tuna and egg salad, pineapple and kiwi chunks and a muller light

T - 2 x Skinny Joe sausages for 3 syns, a baked potato and some baked beans. Melon after.

I know tea is a little bit SF light but I just REALLY fancy it...

Top Girl - that could be a Red day:T, so not such a problem with lack of SFs for tea! HEB1 - toast; HEB2 - baked potato (230g).

Does that mean an extra HEXA too, like cheese on my tea? :D

    Evenin'

Ended up without garlic bread as I had a few pringlles earlier and a taste of some strawberry ice cream bf and I made using the Chefn' sweet spot we bought yesterday

Done 1.5miles+ walking today and hoping for decent weather tomorrow so we can do some more - a path/route from our small town to the next town opened recently and we'd like to try it!

Done really well and snacked on grapes (two big punnets for £1 at our Tuesday market) and satsumas whilst we watched a film earlier :)

    Tomorrow:
breakast: fruit (kiwi, satsuma, melon [two big ones for £1.50] and pineapple with total 0%, peppermint tea
    snack: banana
lunch: not a clue just yet
tea: bf's hankering for a chinese, i would like chicken with rice and a sauce (5.5 syn) plus extra veggies

I really want to use up a load of our freezer contents so that I can get a ton of fresh stuff in as I'm aware some keeps getting shoved to the back/bottom of the drawers and forgotton! Odd having bf home a full week as he wasn't selected as usually I'd just eat any old thing from my freezer stash but with him home i have to think about it a bit more!

Anyone know the syns in ASDA reduced fat cumberland sausages?

marywooyeahhi :) *waves* I only do extra easy (EE) as I can't quite get my head round red/green days. Hope you are doing well :)
