Anyone know the syns in ASDA reduced fat cumberland sausages?

marywooyeahhi :) *waves* I only do extra easy (EE) as I can't quite get my head round red/green days. Hope you are doing well :)

Good to hear you sounding more sparky today lush. Butcher's Selection 40% less fat are 1.5 syns each but I'm not sure if those are what you've got.

I mostly do EE too mary (and welcome BTW:)). I think it's the best plan for anyone but a veggie but as you get used to SW you can try a few Red or Green days as they have the advantage of extra Healthy Extras ( bread, cheese etc) and they're not so strict on fruit and veg.

    More great losses.:T

I have been doing a lot of exercise as well and wonder what would have happened if I hadn't been doing it. Still, I am very pleased to be losing, one way or another.

Salad for lunch with cottage cheese and 2 veggie hot dogs (3 syns)

    Alprosoy chocolate desert (4-5 syns)

Spaghetti hoops on toast (heb), scrambled eggs, banana, cappuccino muller light, soya milk (hea).

:T on your loss. Don't forget, if you're a veggie you could do Green and have extra HEXs.:)

32b3in2013 sorry to hear that you gained. Have you been sticking to the plan? (I'm still in disbelief that it works although it seems to have for me combined with exercise).

maman, I prefer veggie food but I'm too scared to try a green day as I tried them the last time I tried sw and I didn't lose anything. This time, ee combined with exercise seems to be working so far. If anyone on here does mostly green days, I'd love to hear about it.

I don't do them regularly but what I'd recommend is trying Green days BUT sticking to the one third SFs although SW say it's not essential.

Does that mean an extra HEXA too, like cheese on my tea? :D

    A bit late but yes!

    Having another Green day today:

    B - scrambled eggs on toast (HEB1)
    L - jacket potato, beans, cheese (HEB2)
    D - vegetable tagine, couscous

HEA will be milk in tea throughout the day. Probably won't have a 2nd HEA.
Snacks - plenty of fruit still, also still got loads of Muller lights left - just thought I could have a frappachino!

    Syns - fruit split 3

I'm veggie and doing EE - you get an extra HEA and HEB to make sure you're getting enough as obviously the free foods are a bit more limited. At least I think I'm doing EE - the consultant just said extra HE foods!

Marywooyeah, it's probably quite hard to describe the plan without you seeing the book, but when you've got that it's fairly straightforward. Lots of veg and fruit, limited amounts of the Healthy Extras, and a few treats - syns.

It's quite a bit about changing your way of thinking and eating a lot more homemade food rather than weighing or measuring.

    Morning everyone

Annie, I gained 1/2 lb last night

Not been on last few days, working hard on not letting the good mood slide, but oh boy it's hard. Had a few wobbles.

Today is another day and EE I think -

Breakfast - bacon medallions, mushrooms, tomatoes and hard boiled eggs (bouncy balls my DS calls them!)
Lunch - pasta salad with gerkins and pickled beetroot. Muller Light and pineapple.
Dinner - still to decide - maybe chicken, SW roasties and veg

Lantanna, have a fab time at the wedding, strut your stuff:D

Away to catch up with everyone. Have a good day all x
