3 tin soup is nice but missing ... something, less beans but more tomatoes next time I think

Realised I've had no HeB yet today and hadn't planned one, think I will have some toast at supper time with 1 syn of jam :) must make sure I have my full HeA too

I've been distracted all morning with my fresh inspiration/motivation to crack on with sewing projects so haven't snacked or anything (or even thought about food if I'm honest until after 2pm)! Just need to harness this motivation everyday and work through some project ideas now :)

Hi Maman welcome back Hope you had a good holiday . Where did you go?

Thanks for kind words all of you. I've had two weeks in Turkey. we go every year about this time, great resort. Turkish food could be very healthy as veg is very plentiful but all the alcohol, full fat tonic (they don't seem to do diet), cheese and bread I eat piles on the pounds.

Being typically nosey, lush, what sort of sewing projects? I admire you hugely tackling projects with your new baby, learning to drive, doing SW and bf away so much. You're one very busy lady!!
    Morning all - ((Meg))

S: 4 x laughing cow light cheese triangles HEXa 4 x ryvita thins HEXb

(I'm not sure if the portion of laughing cow and ryvita thins was the correct amount - could someone advise?)

    :)

It's 5 light and 6 extra light Laughing Cows or 4 with blue cheese but I can't find Ryvita Thins on the HEB list just the ordinary crispbreads. They're 1.5 syns each otherwise.

I'm no fan of the Sun either but I do like Morrisons for fresh fish. We only have one branch the other side of the city so I don't get there often, usually buy my fish in Asda or get frozen from Iceland or Farmfoods.

NAS Ribena is £2 for a litre in Tesco according to mysupermarket. That's generally what I'm prepared to pay but sometimes cheaper in Farmfoods but they haven't had any recently.

I like Carluccio's but being a target member I tend to have a flexi meal then jump back on the wagon ASAP. they do a Salad Nicoise which is OK if you ask to have the vinaigrette separately and use sparingly or a rib eye steak. I do agree that eating out is a problem and you can get fed up with steak and jackets! And then there's the wine list!:rotfl:

I'm still on the SW wagon but now invited to a party on Sunday. Not people I know so no idea what food on offer. Maybe this weight will take longer to shift than I thought.:(

    Today's EE menu:
B: NAS Ribena, 2 fried eggs, HEB toast
L: ham, fried LO veg, cornichons
D: Szechuan beef with noodles and maybe SW chips too if I'm hungry enough
Syns: squirt of HP, a couple in the beef sauce (tsp cornflour) and noodles (1+ in half a pack).
I think I' a bit short on SFs so will snack on some fruit too.

    Rather pay full price

In a foul one today pah

    JFT96 :T

I wish it was in the Mirror like as I'm completely skint this week, but, I'm with Mildredd on this one.

On plan so far, with just one mugshot as a syn and no HEXB yet so will have an Alpen Light or two if I feel a bit 'ish' later on.

    Welcome back Maman

    Hi all
I don't know what it is with me today but I just feel like I want to eat utter carp :( I went into Sainsbobs and had a real craving for a pasty (I used to love them when I was big- I've had one in the last 14 months!) but I managed to rein it in and came out with just some strawberries and some mango chunks. But then I went into Iceland to buy some chicken chunks for lunch tomorrow and I happened on the fact Freddos were only £1.. So I bought some and have eaten 2 :o feel throughly disgusted with myself :( I'm going to have an utterly bland and boring (but only 2 syns) meal now to punish myself and stop me exceeding my syns!!

Got to fill my days somehow Maman at least until I head back to work in October ( :( )
today I've (90%) made a reversible dress for wonder bairn once she grows a bit plus two matching bibdanas (one for each side) and started a vendors apron for myself to use on the playgroups stall on Saturday :) Need to make some signs for the gala too - might leave that til tomorrow and work some more on the dress though

Wish I could make a living out of this stuff!
