    Morning all - ((Meg))

So todays food will be the same as yesterday...I think I missed out a HEXa...I take the mearest of a vapour of milk in my tea so I can't really count that - I'm open to suggestions...here it is...

    B: berries with a ML
L: 2 roasted toms, mushrooms and 2 fried eggs done in FL
D: lentil curry with a small portion of basmati rice (there was loads of veg in it too) there is 4 tbs of oil to fry the tarka so I counted 1xtbs olive oil as a HEXb - the curry was to serve 4
S: 4 x laughing cow light cheese triangles HEXa 4 x ryvita thins HEXb

(I'm not sure if the portion of laughing cow and ryvita thins was the correct amount - could someone advise?)

Oh and I went to the gym for 30 mins with DD

    :)

Hi everyone. Back from my trip now, and oh my, there was a lot of lovely food and alcohol! That's behind me now (probably on my bum!) and full steam ahead.

Please put me down for 16lbs Annie, aiming high!

Got a big tuna salad with pickles for lunch, had a banana earlier, hm beef steak chilli for dinner with veg and brown rice. Hm iced latte for hea and not sure on HEB yet. Will have fruit and yogurt in a bit. Feeling enthused again at last!

Did the first day of Couch To 5k this morning in the park opposite my flat. Was very hot! Nearly two miles, acceptable got day one :) Also did 20min fitness ball when I got home.

Meg, sorry to hear your news. It can take a lot of physical and emotional effort to be there for someone at such a bad time, and then add the guilt at taking it badly yourself. Do your best and we'll all be here :)

Just a little catch up :)

Meg sorry to hear your news about your friend..can only echo what others have already said.

I have been to the dentist today and had the final part of my teeth straightening / whitening / lining up done and its very strange to look in the mirror and smile and see lovely teeth instead of what I used to look at! Gonna take a while to get used to laughing / smiling / talking with hand over mouth or mumbling so my teeth dont show. Deffo worth every penny :)

I have tried the frozen muller lights, I tried a toffee one frozen and it was awful...didnt like it at all and it came out too hard, I would have had to wait around 2 hours before I could eat the blooming thing!!

WI later so fingers crossed for that! Ill update later x

So in agreement re the sun Mildredd! The fact it was the exes paper says it all!!

Meg72 - I am so sorry about your friend. My Dad had cancer a few years ago and it was a very difficult time. Please take care of yourself and your friend. She will appreciate you being there for her at this difficult time.

Weigh in later - feeling bloated as usual!

    B: Yogurt & Grapes
    L: Ham Salad
D: Scrambled Egg, Tomato, HE Cheese, Mushrooms & 3 Sains BGTY Sausages

Morrisons also have 10 Muller Lights for £3 if anyone is interested. I've bought 10 but probably won't be able to eat them all, have to hope that DH will eat some of them.

Put on a lb this week, think it was probably because I didn't have enough syns - it usually happens if I don't have my full 105 a week! But I'm still just under my target weight by 0.5lb!

Going away again this weekend, hoping the weather will be better than has been forecast - they got it all wrong last week so didn't go away and then have really lovely weather, so hoping they've got it wrong again!
