Hi Annie thanks for doing the chart. I'll go for 8 lbs for the challenge, please That'll put me at 12st 7lbs, and I'll be delighted to get there, taking into account my scenic route
Anyway, confession time. I was doing well yesterday, only used 6.5 syns, planned to save the rest for today. Noooooo chance! OH brought me in a lovely big empire biscuit for supper last night and social eating reared its head. 'Nuff said.
Wednesday's Menu
Breakfast: tomato and basil omelette
Lunch (out): baked potato with prawn mayo (3 syns), salad, fruit slice (loads of syns)
Dinner: roast lamb, new potatoes, sweetcorn, sugarsnap peas, carrots
Snacks: cherries
Not used hexa or hexb, so will have cheese & tomato sandwich later, spread with a smidgeon of laughing cow light. (That sounds really decadent after everything I've had already!)
Total: all syns
Syns Bank Balance: 75 - will try to stay well under allowance tomorrow to account for last night, today and the fact that I'm out for lunch on Friday again! Wish me luck!
Good luck everyone.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -

So sorry to hear about your friend Meg.
Back from Uni open day, realised tea was going to be extra late and I'm afraid I've caved in and had snacks that aren't SW friendly. Had some syns saved and I've walked about 1.5 miles so hopefully not too much damage. We're having chicken fajitas for tea but I'm having mine without the wrap. Will just start the syn bank from scratch tomorrow and hope I haven't gained.Weight loss 0/2st

Thanks Topgirl, apparently because of her age ,75, and her previous medical history, already had and recovered from cancer, Doctors are saying its not good. but it depends how strong she is. She lost her Son 6 weeks ago and I fear this will make her chances weaker.
When she was here at the weekend she was undecided what she would do about treatment, if it came to that, she was torn between wanting to see her Son again but not wanting to leave her daughter.
She talked about losing her hair if she had to have Chemo, now this lady has the most beautiful hair, she was in times gone by a fashion model, said she thought she would be embarrassed to go out
with no hair, so we talked about the really good wigs you can have now,
Really sorry for hogging the board like this but really cant talk to anyone else, not at a real depth anyway.Slimming World at target0 -

The poor lady, that must be awful for her. I'm glad she has someone like you caring enough to feel this way and hope she comes to a decision that is right for her and that she is at peace with, as much as she can be.0 -
