I'm doing ok so far today; although I have had an unplanned snack a jack (3syn so total for the day will end up at 7 - still not so bad!)
I'm struggling at the minute with a want to graze but not having the motivation to make syn free snacks, or anything for that matter so I just stay feeling peckish, and trying to drink enough; during pregnancy I started finding it hard to swallow cold drinks as I didn't like the sensation of swallowing and I'm still finding it hard now and I don't want to drink through straws and I think both these things are causing my weightloss to stall
Hmm hopefully the challenge will give me a boost; I've set my challenge target at a little over half what I actually want to lose before I return to work at the end of September...we will see************************************

Had really bad news from the friend I kept company last weekend, The reason she was so down was that she had to see consultant re tests she`d had done, she saw him today and it is cancer. Not looking good.
Went out for coffee with another friend and resisted CAKE well I didn't really just felt too upset to eat that's a new one for me, usually I comfort eat and would probably have had two cakes.Slimming World at target0 -

Thanks Beanie, I am trying hard to stay on my feet at the moment, and keep my head in order. I just don't know if I can find the reserves to support yet another friend through what I know is coming. I want to and know I should but half of me just wants to run away.. What I wont be doing is stuffing my face or hitting the drink because I know that puts me in physical pain and one type of pain at a time is all I can cope with.Slimming World at target0
