I pledge to (try to) lose 15lb
I would like to say 25lb which would get me to my target (all baby weight gone) but that would be too dangerous and possibly cause much guilt and sadness was I not to reach it so being sensible
Had some frustrating/upsetting news last night (as those on the Fb group will have seen) but trying not to let it get to me - I managed to avoid careless syns last night and am still doing well tonight (not counting the IKEA foods as that was down to my frustration at all)************************************

Evening all
Slightly better day today. I have today made the concious decision to ramp up my effort and I've joined a gymI really enjoyed using the hotel gym at the weekend so I've joined my local branch of the chain it was. I have 6lbs to target and I really want it. And I want it soon!! When I get there I'm going to stick for a few weeks then lower my target again to 13 stone. I want to be in a size 12 dress for next year's awards ball but I'm still finding I have to buy size 18 trousers in some places which is not good at all  I still reiterate I want to be a comfy 14 on the bottom- I'm anywhere now between a 12 and a 16 on top  when I get to a straight 12 on top and a 14 on the bottom I will be truly happy! New gym is v. Swish and I think I will really enjoy using it. There is also a ladies only gym which is really good- I'm still feeling very self concious (although last time I joined a gym a few years back I would go buried in size 26 baggy tops and joggers, now I'm actually wearing Lycra :rotfl: although it's a polo style top and cropped bottoms so I'm not like some of the gym bunnies I cast envious looks at!!) there's also a nice sized pool but I have an ear infection at the moment so can't use it
it's also straight opposite an Asda so that will be useful for post workout snacks :rotfl: healthy ones of course. Last time I joined a gym I used to come out after a workout and eat chips cheese and coleslaw
then I wondered why I hadn't lost any weight
Anyway. Today's menu. (EE)
B: HEXB Weetabix with HEXA semi-skimmed and cherry Mullerlight, NAS cordial
L: co-op good life sweet chilli chicken noodle salad (3.5 syns) mixed tropical fruit (melon, kiwi, pineapple, mango) diet coke
Snack: mango fingers
T: tesco Healthy Living Salmon and Broccoli pie (2 syns) big mixed salad with 2 tbsps sweet chilli dressing (1 syn) strawberry Eton Mess (3.5 syns for the meringues and the coconut Mullerlight Greek yoghurt) NAS cordial
S: steamed mixed veg and Asda chicken tikka chunks (1 syn) NAS cordial
Syns: 11
Body magic: 20 mins on the bike, 1000 metres (10 mins) on the rowing machine and 15 minutes on the treadmill at 9 incline and 4 speed. I can feel it in my legs now
Hope everyone's ok x*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -

Going into week 2 now, I'm planning to re-read my book this morning to look at what I might not have been doing properly the first week. Feeling fired up!
I'm very overweight, but I'm actually nearly the lowest weight I've been for years, about 3 more lbs to that and 6.5 I would be under a stone barrier and I can't remember the last time that number was at the start of my weight
I'd like to join the challenge please. 14lb target as I think I should be able to lose a stone in two months, there's plenty going spare right now.:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls
