Hi all you newcomers.
Not much to say today. As everyone here knows, I favour the scenic route - probably just as well. It allows for my lack of will power.
Breakfast: hexb muesli, kiwi, 0% fat Greek yogurt
Lunch: tomato & basil soup (1.5 syns), WW layered yogurt, melon
Dinner: smoked haddock, new potatoes, broccoli & beetroot
Snacks: choc dig (3 syns), 2 x Werthers original (2 syns)
Later I'll have hexa mini babybel and grapes
Total syns: 6.5
Syns Bank Balance: 98.5 for 6 days
Out for lunch again tomorrow, so I'll no doubt need those syns left over from today

Well I fell slightly foul at IKEA today, the parents bought me meatballs and mashed potato plus we shared a slice of Daim (style) cake; synful but very nice and lovely to be out with both mum and dad (as well as wonder bairn)
It has left me stuffed so haven't even thought about tea - Think I will have my HeB as toast with a little jam so that I have had it.
As a result of the synfulness of today I will be even more conscious in my efforts for the rest of the week to hover around 5/6syns.
Tomorrow:
Pre breakfast: NAS squash
Breakfast: tea (milk from HeA), kiwi, apple, satsuma with total 0%
No snack as we have playgroup
Lunch; Sandwich of HeB bread with free ham, fruit, NAS squash
Tea: 2 sausages (4syn) with syn free mash, piles of mixed veggies, NAS Squash
Rest of HeA milk in tea through the day
body magic: 1.5-2miles walking************************************

Weigh in tonight and I've lost a pound. Whilst this is great (not least because this is the week I'd normally have a hormonal gain), it's also a bit meh because it means I'm still 1lb short of my 3 stone award. Next week it is then!

Evening all
Happy to report a 2.5 loss tonight making me 4 stone 4.5lbs lighter
Seems like everyone loves a challenge and that it should not be too long so how about a 2 month challenge taking us to the end of August. Should hopefully keep some of us on track:D
If you post your goal in green for me I will add everyone to a spreadsheet and post it every Sunday night, so it will run Monday (yesterday) with final posting on Sunday 31st August.
I pledge to lose 16.5lbs which would make me 5 1/2 stone lighter :j
Please let me know if I miss you out
