    Morning,

Also feeling more positive today. Lots of superfrees so far this week - forgot about the awful wind they give me when I really up them - but it won't last - just shows how much I'd let them sneak out of my diet.

Not sure why the scales aren't moving for me coz I swear I look thinner this week and more toned. Maybe I am building muscle.

Out for a walk tonight with a friend.

Have my first weigh in tonight. I'm actually scared! I know I've eaten loads of fruit and veg and almost no rubbish for a week (kept to my syns). I'd normally have had pizza once and chips twice :(

Just worried it's not going to have made a difference! But then I don't want to step on the bathroom scales and find out if it has or hasn't because then I'll not be as fussed about going to group. I may be a bit weird ;)

Hi, I just joined SW online and wanted to give you all a wave . I am a serial dieter but haven't done very well so I'm hoping SW will make a difference to me. It's all new and interesting getting my head round the plan. I'm doing EE and enjoying it so far. My first weigh in is on Sunday and I'm hoping for a loss. I love reading all your meal plans, it gives me great ideas :D.

I'd love a new challenge; 2/3 months at a time would work well for me (although happy to go with the majority)

    today:
breakfast: sliced apple with Total 0% fat greek plus tea (milk from HeA)
    snack: satsuma
Lunch: probably a snack/grazey lunch of fruit and some veggie nibbles. perhaps a cheese mugshot (2.5 syn) if i get chance
    snack: satsuma
tea: going to try and create a tuna and tomato pasta bake (tuna, pasta, veggies, tinned toms etc) may buy some mozzarella and have that as my A and syn my milk if i don't have any more cuppas

    Morning everyone

I'd like to be involved in any challenge too. I need a real kick up the backside. I'm fine during the week while at work but weekends and any meals out, and it all goes to pot. No matter how well I plan, I've no will power whatsoever.

WI should be tonight but DS1 is going back to uni for his final exam tomorrow so I'd rather be at home to see him off.

    Another EE day -
Breakfast - burnt bacon on toast (hexb)
Lunch - tuna salad with loads of pickles, Muller Light and strawberries
Dinner - chicken, SW roasties, brocolli, cauliflower, peas

DS2's birthday on Saturday so trying to bank as many syns as possible as planning a wee surprise lunch for him.

Had a shred free weekend but back on it yesterday and I'm surprisingly not too sore. Everything still wobbles though so ploughing on. Have a good day all x
  • Hello everyone - I've been lurking for about a week now - and I would would love to be part of the new challenge

I really need to get my act together - I was here in January and did the challenge and lost 12 lbs - I was training for a marathon and feeling really happy with my progress - but I got bronchitis and was really ill for 6 weeks - so the running and the diet went up the left and now I'm back at square one again.

If I had a challenge to stick to and a place to be accountable I think I'd do much better.

It's great to see how everyone is doing :)
  • Oh and since I was on here last we've more or less turned veggie (the odd bit of fish occasionally) so I've been reading up on Green days and it seems that it would work out really well.

Plus we've got a new puppy so we're looking forward to walking her in a few weeks...plus my daughter has joined the gym so I have a gym buddy to train with. :D
