I found the recipe when I googled "rhubarb recipes" because I had masses in the garden that needed using. It was from The Guardian - 10 best rhubarb recipes.

Hopefully the link will work: http://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2014/mar/15/rhubarb-recipes-10-best

Will there be another challenge now?

I bought myself some reduced fruit whilst out on my walk (satsumas, kiwis, pineapple) so I have more variety to entice me :) Also bought some Total 0% Greek yogurt to try which I believe is free (?) and so far I am avoiding the treats even though this time of day is generally my danger time!

Thank you for the link Denise - will be giving those a go in the future

I understand what you mean but cynically the magazine is a marketing tool for the plan so they will only put bright sunshiney things in there... otherwise it's not a good advertisement for SW and they won't get as many members through their doors.:p

To everyone that has asked - I'm afraid i won't be monitoring another challenge.. i would have left the board a while ago but i felt like i had to see the challenge out till the end for you all :D i don't lose any weight just keep putting on and losing the same amount every week (have already put back on my 3lb loss from last week!)so there's no point in sticking around.

I'll post the last challenge list up later (i'm at work at the minute) and you'll be able to see your final weigh ins...

Thanks for all your hard work Shala. so sorry it hasn1t worked out for you We will miss you Hun.

I would be happy to monitor a challenge, if someone could tell me how to do a chart as I haven`t got a clue.

Top Girl I think you cope really well with all you are going through. I'm another one who has lots to deal with, but I've finally got my head around the fact that chocolate/cakes/pizza/crisps etc are not a 'reward' for me, they are a punishment and add to my misery!!

To answer your question, yes the mullerlights with dark chocolate sprinkles are free, it's only the one with the dark cherry underlayer that is syns (1.5syns per pot). They have brought out some new ones called 'Fruitopolis' and they have a bit of fruit on top, which are half a syn each Xx

Thank you, what a kind thing to say :)

It's the relaxing with wine that kills me as much as anything, that or comfort eating, but I'm trying to stick with 'free' carbs...

Thanks, I thought so, can't get the chocolate orange ones as singles anywhere now annoyingly, I bought those by the dozen :o

Shala, so sorry you're struggling. Your hard work has kept me going. Good luck for the future.

Denise, thanks for the link. I've clipped a few recipes, although I will definitely give Grilled rhubarb with calves' liver, horseradish cream and chard a miss, lol.

    Monday's Menu
Breakfast: ML banana & custard yogurt, sliced banana and a dollop of 0% fat Greek yogurt
Lunch: I was fairly good, I think. chicken Caesar salad, with a few skinny chips - guessing 10 syns
Dinner: mince & tatties (mashed with 0% fat Greek yogurt), peas & carrots
    Snack: choc digestive (3 syns)

I've not had hexa or hexb, so I feel toasted cheese with tomato & basil will make a tasty supper.

    Total: 13 syns
Syns Bank Balance: 2 - hmm, a couple of Wethers Original to round off the week, methinks ;)

I weighed in early to scrape into the challenge results, so I start again
    tomorrow with my 105 syns.

Good luck everyone. And thanks again, shala.
