I find the challenges really helpful
    Does anyone else?
I'd be happy to step into shala moo's shoes if no-one else is desperate to do it?
    What do you all think?

Shala, thank you so so much for doing the chart especially while struggling yourself. Feel free to pop in at any time to say hello, we will miss you :A:A

I get pineapple mouth too, I used to sprinkle sweetener on which helped neutralise the acid but now have vanilla activia cos I LOVE it. Probably another food I'm intolerant to then :(
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

    Ok happy to do chart
    So we need a challenge.....
Is 6 months too long for everyone? (Thinking Xmas)
Or should we go for 3 months (July, August, Sept)
    What should we call it?
Who wants to be in it?
Let me gave your ideas in green and we can choose and get it going asap
