Just popping my head in quickly, I haven't gone AWOL! Having a very busy week and off on my prize trip tomorrow so no weigh in. Have given my food and exercise mojo a tiny holiday and they're ready to get back on it

made it to wi this week - first time out since last monday with being poorly. reporting in with a massive 10.5lbs loss (2 weeks) - mind you couldnt eat much second week.

Shala, I understand how you feel. I have been doing that for 2 years yo yoing from 11 stone to 11 6. And I am still 1 lb off 11 now. Don't give up, please, We all need you on the board trying your best like the rest of us. Some find it easy, others like you and I find it slow and difficult. Remember the saying " if at first you don't succeed , try try try again" One day it will happen. :T0

L - egg may sandwich (HEB2 + 1)
D - Spanish rice (Syns: chorizo 2; chicken 4)
HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
Will probably have a fruit split lolly this evening - 3 syns
