That's fine - the recipe calls for 4 tbs of olive oil to fry the spices and tarka - and it's to serve 4 so that's one of my HEXb's sorted.0

Don't think I've seen this mentioned already so sorry if it has been - Muller Lights are currently 10 for £3 in Morrisons. I've been waiting to try the Skinny Cappuccino ones for a while, just been waiting for a decent offer (too tight to pay the usual "offer" price of 5 for £3)
When I can't get ML at a decent price I tend to get Aldi's equivalent, or Aldi's equivalent of the fat free Greek style lemon or coconut yoghurts.

Hi all!
*sneaks head around the door nervously*
I had my 2nd baby back in February. Just as I became pregnant I got to target. I've rejoined group and I have exactly 1stone to loose to get back to target of 10stones.
I've got my mum 'Ilovetea' staying with me so hopefully keep each other on track. I'm aiming for 2lb a week. From before I know generally I'm a 1-2lb kind of girl.
Looking forward to getting to know you all.

No problem, I was surprised to find quite so many yoghurts on the shelf when I got there on Monday just before 7pm - normally at that time when there's a good offer on there is usually just one or two forlorn looking ones left on the shelf, or a handful of the flavours I don't like. As a result I waddled out with 20 yoghurts
I know some of you freeze your ML - do you just pop one in the freezer for a couple of hours or so then eat it, or can you pour several into a tub and leave it in the freezer for a few days?DFW no.554 - Proud to be dealing with my debts :TDAVID TENNANT CAN PROBE ME WITH HIS SONIC SCREWDRIVER ANYTIME...:AFLYING THE FLAG FOR THE CAMBRIDGE BOOTS TARTS :happyhear0 -
Sorry if this has been asked before but what in Aldi is good for SW? They used to have cereal bars that you could have 2 of for your HEXB - but I couldn't see this last time I went - can you still get them do you know (I know there's been kerfuffle with Alpen Lights). And their Muller dupe yogs - are they the same syns as the Muller ones (ie 1/2 for the Greek style and free for the normal ML ones?)
Sorry to ask but I'm shopping before my first meeting tomorrow evening but want to make sure I get the right things
