Greentiger – Yes thank you, over 6 stone in just over a year. But I am now flaffing around with this last 10 lbs – it just won’t budge and have been stuck now for about 6 /7 weeks. The scenic route isn’t so bad, gives you lots of time to get your head around it all and its easier to buy clothes etc over a longer period of time – at times my wardrobe has been exceptionally bleak as you can imagine!! Come the winter I'll have to start all over again!

Wi for me tonight - can't believe its Thursday again!! Probably a small gain or a sts if truth be told. Grocery shopping after - neither of which I can be bothered with but sure.
Think I'm having spag bol for tea tonight.
It is like winter here - horrible horrible weather!!
Did I read somewhere that Asda Extra Lean mince no longer exists and that the Lean one is now Free?? Or did I make that one up?

Morning all, I've been MIA for the last two days. On Tuesday it was DD2's birthday and we went to York for the day. I had a SW breakfast. Lunch was at Pizza Hut so only pasta & salad. I had half a Churros and then it all went downhill in the evening. It was my sons award ceremony. He won an award for our regions' Young Physicist of the Year. There was a buffet and I had, 1 chicken sandwich, 1 sausage roll and a small slice of chocolate cake. We then returned home and our daughters had been enjoying a chinese and I had a very small portion of fried rice and sweet chilli sauce.

On Wednesday it was my birthday and we had a day at the coast. Again I had SW breakfast. We had lunch in a lovely cafe and I had JP with beans and a latte. In the evening we went to an 'All you can Eat' Indian Buffet, and I ate 'All I COULD'. I have not been so uncomfortably full for a long time but I enjoyed every minute. I am still quite full this morning.

To counter act all that eating I had some syns already banked and we must have walked at least 2 miles each day. I am straight back on plan again today so hopefully no lasting damage.

    EE Menu

    B: Allbran and ff yoghurt.
    L: Noodles
D: Chicken & pasta bake (probably a smaller portion as not hungry).

    Milk in Tea

I won't be doing much BM until next week (except for ballroom) as I'm exhausted from all the activities and need to recharge my energy.

I don't like change either - it took me ages to find out how to log in!

You can do the last 12lbs... you've done so well so far :T it may take a bit longer but we all have faith in you!

I think they've changed the name or something.. do i remember that Maman said as long as it's under 5% fat it should be ok or was it 8%?

Maman definitely posted about it if you can find her post.

    Newbie here :hello:
Hope you don't mind me joining in. I've been reading the thread for the last week and thought i'd say hi.
Joined last week and had my first weigh in last night. Was a nice 4.5lb loss.

    Today is EE
B: Grapes, Banana, strawberries with Muller Light
L: Chicken salad with a little lighter than light mayo (1)
D: SW chips with egg and Quorn Sausages (3), maybe Baked Beans
Snacks: more fruit and maybe a curly wurly to finish the day (6)
HEa&b : will most likely have a SW pizza with mushrooms, peppers and tomoatoes

Any opinions or help on my daily food would be much appreciated.
    xx

Yess that's right, its something to do with EU labelling, the lean one has exactly the same fat content 5% as the old extra lean, so yes its free, wish they would stop faffing about changing things though.

Busy day at work today so haven't had time to think too much about food!

    Today is EE -

Breakfast - toast (hexb) and banana, satsuma, muller light

Lunch - roast ham with potato salad (4 syns for l/f salad cream), strawberries, nectarines.

Dinner - savoury rice with added peppers and mushrooms.
    Three muffin quiches left.

Milk for coffee in two meetings this morning.

Hope you're all having a good day x

Hi and welcome, this is a great thread, people are really helpful and friendly. I think I have achieved more by being on here than going to group, and of course it doesn`t cost me a fiver :rotfl:

Your menu looks fine to me.
