Can any of you help me?! Is there any squash/cordial that is sugar free but doesn't have artificial sweetener instead?

I can't stand the taste of the stuff and it makes me feel like the drink isn't refreshing me at all, so I really want to avoid!

I normally drink vimto, a lot weaker than the directions but I tried the sugar free one and all I can taste is the sweeteners and it's just yuk to me. Even tried half and half with the real stuff and it tasted wrong.

Just wondered if there was anything with natural sweeteners I could try instead? Otherwise I think I'll have to be good and drink more plain water, and syn a bit of vimto a day just to keep myself happy!

    Morning :j

I'll catch up in a second.

Back finally not hurting when I'm in several positions, just when I move or bend, so, a weekend of rest should hopefully sort me out.

    Totally on plan yesterday :A

    Today:

B - Mushroom omelette and plum tomatoes

D - SW quiche, salad, pineapple and strawberries

T - Steak, rice and vegetables

HEXA - Quiche, milk in omelette, splash left over for a chocolate
HEXB - Maybe a couple of benefit bars later or toast with a ELLC triangle for one syn

Syns - Options, a packet of some 5 syn-ish crisps, ELLC triangle if I have toast.

Have a wonderful day all :)

    Morning all!

Week 2 WI last night, I lost 1.5lb taking total to 5.5lb. Bit disappointed as I know I can do better, also normally I dont do any exercise but with Chessington and London earlier in the week and then a huge 15km walk around Goodwood yesterday, maybe my body is in a bit of a shock! Hopefully it will show next week!

My partner lost 5.5lb taking his total to 13.5lb in two weeks. He also won slimmer of the week and slimmer of the month. Im pleased for him but want to see big losses myself! I guess men just lose easier than women.

Shala - I was thinking of a KFC the other day – there are sooo many ads on tv for it at the minute. I was never into it and haven’t had one in about 2 years but for some reason at the minute its really appealing to me. Hope you enjoyed!
Outoffunds!!! Yes this just happened to me – it took 6 stone for me to go down one size and now I hardly have a shoes that fits! My hands have shrunk as well!!
Sally22 – I’m going with that theory myself re the exercise - I went for it this week with the exercise and put a 1lb on - fingers crossed we see it next week!!
So a lb on for me last night – not happy!
Really going to have to fight with this last bit!
    B: Fruit
    L: Leftover Spag Bol
    D: Salmon & Veg

Thanks to everyone for your thanks! I've been a Diamond member for about 3 years now so this was the "cherry on the top" - I think it's a competition they've only just come up with as don't remember it being done previously at group.

    Another EE day today:

    B - 2 weetabix & milk (HEB/0.5 HEA) banana, strawberries
L - LO sweet chilli prawn noodles (1.5 syns)
    D - HM cod, chips & peas

Not a lot of SFs there but will eat more strawberries & grapes during the day. Need to go and buy some potatoes today (forgot them yesterday when I went shopping!) so will have a look to see if there is any nice looking fruit. Really fancy grapefruit but unfortunately not allowed to eat it (the juice reacts with one of my tablets!).

Posted today's menu yesterday, sticking to it so far; early mornings with wonder bairn can be a killer as I'm usually super tired and end up snacking until 9am ish but she had an awesome night (only a few dummy calls no 4.30 feed (this is new and she had her last feed at 8pm not 10pm!)

I made 12 omelette bites (18 baby plum tomatoes, 3 mushrooms, 2 slices ham and 3 eggs plus a little milk from HeA) and have had 6, about to follow them with a sliced apple and my cuppa - feeling myself edging back in to 'the groove'

Hadn't planned any body magic in today and its raining but I have a couple of ebay packets to post for bf and need some silver tie wraps to keep my wheel trims on the car so that's a walk of a little over a mile added in today but will have to wait until I've spoken to the tax credits people :/ yay...fun :|
It also means a change in lunch as I will need something quicker; I'll have a free mugshot, hard boiled eggs and some corn on the cob

Out of Funds My feet have definitely shrunk, more than one size! I used to be an 8 in most shoes now I'm in to 6/6.5 in most and a 7 in small fitting ones

    My feet have shrank!

I had to buy a size smaller in converse this week

For the wedding I went to the shoes I had planned on wearing my foot fell out the strap :/ like toes hanging over the edge.

Had a bad 36 hours food wise but I've drawn a line now and hopefully can do some damage limitation today -Monday to hopefully get a gain

I'm really struggling with what I want to look like?
A year ago I'd have killed to be a 12/14 now I'm a 12/14 I feel really blobby and wobbly :/ people in magazines I think look nice at this size but I don't feel it :/ I think what I'm chasing is an unachievable tone and look truthfully so I don't see how I can call target anytime soon.
Think I'm sticking to my 6 stone off to call target and then when mini me starts her preschool ill join the gym with the aim of toning up
This weigh loss journey is a head melt really it is
