Just remembered that I had asked for recommendations on another board and not received any replies, so I shall reprint it here and see if anyone can help:-
My old Tefal 4 in 1 cooker has just given up the ghost I've had it for donkeys years and so was automatically going to upgrade to the Tefal 8 in 1 but whilst trawling the net looking for a deal (as you do) , I came across a website for the Redmond multicooker and it sounds amazing.
Not cheap I know but if it's as good as they say, may be worth a shot. Can anyone give me any personal recommendation, either for this Redmond or some other good slow/steam/rice type cooker.
Desperate for a new slow cooker, I really can't manage without one for long. Thanks ladies (and gents if we have any lurkers) xI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Ohh i'd love to do yoga or pilates but i hate being in a class where everyone knows what they're doing and you're the newbie!
hostie - whats yoggidge - is it some new culinary delight that we've yet to come across?
There are quite a lot of beginners classes around and with yoga as it is slower than a normal class, you have time to copy people so don't feel like such a prat!
Yoggige is 25g porridge oats (which I think is your heb) mixed with fat free yogurt and left overnight. In the morning it tastes like porridge. I used vanilla mullerlight.24.06.14 12 st 12 lb (waist 45" at fattest part of belly)

Beanie - well done on our loss.. :T
BEG - hope you feel better soon x
consultant - i've never heard of a 4 in 1 cooker so i can't help sorry. Sounds interesting though, i might have to do a bit of research on those.:D More gadgets i can buy for the kitchen :j
hostie - i think it's 35g for your porridge oats = HEB, so don't be doing yourself out of that extra 10g
Good loss OOF :T it will be your last challenge weigh in as we finish on Monday!:j
Right well, i'm having a treat day today so i won't post my menu (*cough* KFC) but i'm hoping it'll be my only oversyn over the weekend!
OH is away so i'm going to struggle this weekend with not having lots of treats, hopefully i'll be able to keep myself out of the shops or at least make sensible choices if i do go..
Have a good day xMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0
