Lush, what part of Newcastle are you staying in? There's a massive Asda beside the Metro Centre and a Morrisons at Tynemouth. If you are staying somewhere in between I may be able to point somewhere out to you? Xx
Shala, I lost 3lbs this week. I've fallen short of my 10lbs for the challenge if next Tuesday doesn't count, but I'm happy with 8lbs off (and I blame Hubby for having a birthday which caused me to gain!!). I also still need 2lbs off to get my 3 stone award, so that's my target this week XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Thank you all for your good wishes. A little easier through the day but not ideal. Might try and flip my mattress.
Slight change of plan, made SW quiche for tea and already had milk allowance so 3 syns for 20g of low fat cheese? Morrisons NuMe cheddar? That and an options for 5 in total, had it with chips and salad.
Good luck to all those WI tonight :j0 -

Hi all :hello:
PLMBL, is the Morrisons not at North Shields? I seem to recall my college just being up the road from it. I'm happy to be corrected thoI think it's near John Spence school and Tynemouth Pool.
Lush, there's a Co-op on the Main Street in Tynemouth where you could get some fruit but I'm struggling to think of anywhere else along there you might get some- I don't know if you know Tynemouth but it's full of fish and chip shops, pubs and not a great deal else..!!
Busy day today. Up early for the dryer being repaired then spent an arduous 3 hours applying for a job  cleared some more stuff out my wardrobe and re-packed my bag for student conference this weekend (just as well I did- I usually forget my socks but this time I had forgot my bras!) and then I had to have a nana nap
to top it all off I've got a blocked ear and it's mega sore  no time for any body magic today
will have to do some tomorrow.
Today's menu- EE.
B: Scrambled eggs with 45ml of semi skimmed (total 1.5 syns for that and the milk on my coffee) tinned tomatoes, 3 HEXB Ryvita cracked black pepper, Worcester sauce, cup of coffee.
L: Big mixed salad, tuna, 3x tbsps sweet chilli dressing (1.5 syns) Frappucino with HEXA semi skimmed, mango chunks with 0% Activia. NAS cordial.
Snack: cheese twist (2 syns)
T: diet coke Quorn, Uncle Ben's Thai Chilli rice (2.5 syns) fresh peach, pear and 2 x kiwis cut into slices. NAS cordial
S: steamed mixed veg with Worcester sauce
Syns: 7.5

Aw thanks we are staying about 10minutes from Tynemouth but we get a few of wonder bairn's things from ASDA so may tie our Metrocentre visit in with nipping in there as we need a few bits for herit's about 4 years since my only other visit to the Metrocentre and I can't remember much if i'm honest!
Bf has agreed to Harvester/my plan of an earlier main meal though - winner
I have created myself a mini food diary style slip on MS Word (space to note three meals, snacks, syns (15 numbered boxes to cross off), healthy extras (an A box and a B box) and also drinks (8 numbered boxes to cross off as a fluid intake goal)) I think they will help me get back on track************************************

I'm wondering if slimming world really works?
Can you really eat that much food and lose weight? And eat that many carbs?
This was my first week (just weighted in) and I lost 1 1/2 lb but I did MASSES of exercise (28 mile cycle, started jogging, walking). Thought I would have lost a bit more
My two friends didn't really follow the plan but both seemed to really cut what they were eating and both lost 4 1/2 lb.
Feeling a bit dispondent. I am bigger than them (12.12) but I do drink a lot of alcohol and neither of them drink.24.06.14 12 st 12 lb (waist 45" at fattest part of belly)
