Day 3 of Shred:eek: pull my nails out one by one, can't hurt any more. Least I've given my nice SW buddy at work a laugh. Fair cheered her up I have, hobbling in and trying to sit without bending ha.
Had the broccoli pasta n sauce for tea last night. Made two packets as I was starving, after four or five forkfuls I remembered why I didn't have it very often! Most of it went in the bin.
WI tonight EEK so keeping everything low.
Breakfast - bacon roll
Lumch - pineapple, mango, strawberries
Dinner - still to decide but it will be after WI!
Have a good day all x0 -
I hate pasta and sauce ! I found also that whenever I went through a phase of eating it I didn't shift any weight!!0

lantanna, just seen your sig & that is an amazing weightloss!! :T
I was supposed to be having the exact same menu as yesterday, but I've been to Ald1 today & I've forgotten to buy the frozen mixed veg to make a new pot of soup!! :wall:
Will have to have a re-think, will still be green though.'A watched potato will never chit'...0 -

Thank you - yes 10 lbs to go but I've been stuck for 5 / 6 weeks now!! but to be fair I've not been doing it 100 % and need to get back on it properly!0 -
well I ended up with just an apple for breakfast; really wasn't very hungry at all when I got up! Baby massage went well, took the new pushchair we bought for my car to test it out and have to say it was fab - pricey but should last a good while especially once bf's mum and I have made some liners too
going for the second walk shortly would usually buy more fruit and veg at the market but I get paid tomorrow and I have only £10 left until then so no chance!
Had 1/2 my HeB bread with some free ham when I got in from my driving lesson and have just had a jacket potato and free fillings for lunch. we have decided on steak salad for tea so will buy some bread for bf to go with his. Think I will do a naughty almost midweek weigh in at the chemist as I'm not convinced any weightloss is happening this week at the moment - I need to be less than 12st4lb otherwise I will be extremely upset and frustrated I want this 28lb gone ... yesterday preferably :P
Ah somebody come and give me a stern talking to - just because bf is eating I don't have to snack too, always have a drink before turning to snacks, just because there's snack in the house doesn't mean they all need eating asap!************************************

Sally enjoy itng
we went last year and have booked again for August hehe
Good point - there was no food for sale actually in the dome of the night garden but the merchandise is so expensive
We met iggle piggle last year meeting upsy daisy this year
can't wait
My niece met Upsy Daisy and loved her, lots of cuddles and a great photo! We didnt buy any merchandise, went to Richmond Green? afterwards and I ate my packed lunch. My sister then took us to the riverside and ate posh sausage and chips with my niece while I watched them! Then there was an ice cream shop nearby so we got posh icecream. I did have one which was strawberry sorbet but not sure on the syn value. I only had one scoop and only ate half!
All in all it was a really good day out, have fun in August! xSlimming World Member - Started 05/02/150
