Hope your back improves soon Top Girl, it's one of the most inconvenient injuries!
I tried the bean/tomato/carrot soup tonight and I didn't like itJust tasted like baked beans to me, no matter what I did to it! So had chicken salad for dinner instead.
Body magic was good today, walked both ways to/from work for a total of 4.5miles and then did 20 minutes fitness ball when I got home. I've done fitness ball every day for a week now, which was a mini challenge to myself0 -
Early start tomorrow for the final baby massage session in our course so trying to plan my menu;
Breakfast: strawberries, cherries and an apple plus a cuppa (milk from HeA)
Lunch: small jacket potato with salad
Dinner: I'm expecting another salad of some sorts, HeB on the side
HeA: milk
HeB: Kingsmill great white 60g
Body magic: 1.5 mile walk to baby massage, 1 mile walk to town and back for formula
Syns: non planned, need to quit snacking between meals too now - getting frustrated at myself for picking at stuff************************************

Had a bad food evening last night, got home from work and dd3 had made HM pizza and dd2 HM flapjack. It's a real moral dilemma as I genuinely don't want to eat high calorie food but they'd made it... anyway did body pump and abs class then did a 10 min run in gym extra, fully get that it won't cover it!
Weighed self early as now desperate for that healthy bmi but just 1lb lost please don't be surprised if I'm back later (post toilet visit) as only 1 more for that magical milestone...Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

NO sleep at all. Took some strong painkillers on an empty stomach in the early hours in a desperate attempt to nod off and it did not work
I just felt sick.
Breakfast - Poached egg and beans on toast. Worrying about the SF but nothing I can do if I'm up before Top Boy is/the shops are open.
Dinner - Ham and egg salad followed by pineapple and melon pieces and a muller light. This will be heavy on SF to compensate for breakfast, hopefully.
Tea - Not decided yet, have mushy pea curry, speed soup, bolognese sauce, tuna and salmon in the freezer and it's a very poor week so I'll be buying as little as possible. Might have speed soup and some SW chips...
HEXA - Milk in tea
HEXB - toast with breakfast
Syns - No idea yet. Maybe a hot chocolate and a benefit bar later on.
Body magic - hauling my bent over self round the place again, which is much harder work at the moment. So, not much

Top Girl do hope your back improves soon, there's nothing worse than a bad back, it's almost impossible to get comfortable whether sitting, lying or standing!
Having a Red day today:
B - bacon, eggs, mushrooms
L - prawn mayo & cucumber sandwich (don't like tomato sauce so not doing a cocktail sauce!)
D - herb crusted pork fillet with roasted veg. Will add some peppers to the dish as well although not in the recipe!
HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB1 - bread for sandwich
HEB2 - roasted parsnips
Syns: mayo - 0.5
cooked apple in dinner - 1.5
fruit split lolly - 3
Total syns 4.5

So went to the gym last night and feeling relatively good today! Going to force myself to go again tonight – it definitely improves my mood which has probably now advanced from dire to just about tolerable so I need to keep it up!! :eek:
Really hoping for at least 1.5 lbs off this week – I need to get under 10.9 or I’ll have a canary on the scales lol
As usual don’t feel like I’ve lost anything though!!
I went to Costa Coffee on Saturday and hadn't eaten before hand due to my inconsiderate neighbour partying and keeping me awake all night. I had a slice of Carrot Cake thinking it can't be that bad - 31 syns!!!:eek: Raging it wasn't even nice!! :eek:
