Feeling ill yesterday & today with what feels like the start of a cold & an extremely sore throat
I'm drinking loads of water for the throat but may have to resort to taking paracetamol. I take the dissolvable kind so probably not SW friendly. Oh well, needs must.
Another green day:
B - branflakes (HEB1), raspberries, blueberries, greek yoghurt (3.5 syns)
L - HM lentil & veg soup, 3 x scanbran (3) with 6 laughing cow extra light cheese triangles (HEA1 ~ these are boggin', I won't be getting them again) & tomato
D - veg & cannellini bean chilli, basmati rice, wholemeal pitta (HEB2), grated cheese (HEA2) & salad

Had a sneaky WI this morning and was encouraged to see a 1lb loss. I know its not official but its encouragement I really needed. I was so discouraged yesterday I was tempted to go on a binge, the only thing that stopped me was the thought of our meal out on Wednesday. Seeing the scales had moved downwards this morning has encouraged me to keep on going.Weight loss 0/2st

Happy Sunday everyonelazy start to the day then we are off out shortly to buy some magnetic L plates for my car and visit bf's grandparents
Todays food plan:
Breakfast: tea (milk from HeA), cereal (Sunday 'treat' of non HeB cereal so just under 5 syn) with milk from HeA
Snack: apple whilst getting ready
lunch: will probably be out and about a while so most likely a late one - chicken sandwich using HeB
Tea: not entirely sure - bf's having left over chinese for lunch so may not want much of anything later on, I will probably have a salad or jacket potato with a small salad
drinks: tea, water, NAS squash************************************
