Hi All
Grabbing a quick coffee at work so thought I would pop in and post. Motivation has been found, though still not where it was, which is so silly when I am only 3lb from target!
Had a good week this week, though we go away on the scoots to Wales as soon as I finish work today. Would normally take a bottle of wine for the evening social, but think I will stick to soft drinks to save some syns. I will pick up some fruit and yoghurt for breakfast and try to find a suitable place to eat lunch. There is a communal BBQ on Saturday night so will have chicken and salad.
My downfall will be the honey ice cream factory that we always visit at the end of the rideout. There is no way I am going to miss that!
Hope everyone has a good weekend
The icecream factory is closed now but there is a shop where you can buy it.Slimming World at target0 -
Ok so today has been no better but that's another week over - just hoping all the walking has counteracted the poor food choices and the scales are kind enough to give me a STS tomorrow
Don't want it to sabotage my journey back to target so could someone give me a hand to get back on the wagon and dust myself down?
I think I need to find somewhere which still does kids bottles of milk to get myself a new bottle to measure my HeA out each night for the next day and generally just need to prepare myself each weekend for the week ahead (so measure out some cheese as HeA options, portion up or at least write down my HeB options etc) and then need to plan my days out. I think knowing what I will have for breakfast and lunch each day and making them syn free apart and making use of my Healthy Extras keeping myself busy to avoid snacking and saving syns for evening meals...fingers crossed************************************

Another newbie here
I started SW (on my own) last Tuesday & lost 3lbs in the first week. My aim is to lose a stone at a time
I'm a bit of a tweaker & I tend to do green days as I love my HEBs.
B - branflakes (HEB1), raspberries, blueberries, greek yoghurt (3.5 syns)
L - loaded potato skins (quark, cheese (HEA1), red onion) with salad
D - pasta with HM sauce (a bit on the hot side!!) with grated cheese (HEA2) & pitta (HEB2) & salad
My tweakiness includes counting Aldi wholemeal pittas as a HEB when I'm pretty sure they're not (they're quite big) & I also tend to eat small sized granary bread x 2 as a HEB as I prefer it over wholemeal. It's to do with cost as well as I do my main shop at Ald1.
What else?? I'm not really bothered about 'choccie' syns. When I start eating chocolate, crisps etc. I can't stop, so best to not even go there. I have full fat greek yoghurt, use extra virgin olive oil in my cooking, plus I have an Ald1 pitta with every evening meal so I think I'm probably having a few sneaky syns anyway. If I stop losing weight though I'll have a rethink.'A watched potato will never chit'...0 -

Fingers crossed for you Latanna.
Have just made what I think is this simplest soup I have ever made, its just 1 tin tomatoes, 1 tin baked beans and one tin carrots. The person who gave it me said not to drain the carrots but I did so less salt, just added a bit of water. It is really nice and makes loads, I think next time though might include a couple of stalks of celery.
My son loves this soup
Took recipie to uni
2 1/2 off this week.
