    Evening all,
Have just managed to catch up on the majority of the thread since I posted at the beginning of the week.

Have been on plan since Tuesday, so that's not bad going for me :D

    Today's plan has been:

    B - Danio yogurt (2), kiwi, banana
    snack - banana
L - ham & cucumber roll (HeB), strawberries, LF cream (3)
D - LO HM lasagne, LF salad cream (1)
    Treats - Cadbury heroes x 2 (7.5)
    HeA - milk in tea/coffee
    Total syns = 13.5

I resisted biscuits at work today too *polishes halo*

Have spent a lot of the day on the loo having lots of tinkles, so hoping that's a good sign.

The only spanner that could get thrown in the works is that OH and I are going off on one of our mad road trips tomorrow night, and staying overnight at a cheap n cheerful motel for the night. Will have to make sure I try to make some sensible choices for food where possible when on the road, and eating out at restaurants. Here's hoping there's a good breakfast on offer nearby to fill up on.

Catch up with you all on Sunday more than likely. Have a good w/end.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

    Hi all.

Thanks for the chart, shala. So many of you are green now - well done.

Not a bad day for me again.

Breakfast: baked beans on half hexb toast
Lunch: chicken breast (all skin removed) with mixed salad, WW strawberry tart yogurt
Dinner: haddock, 200g McCains rustic chips (3 syns - well worth it as my SW ones are usually rubbish!), peas, mixed salad with a little ff vinagrette dressing, ML toffee yogurt with sliced banana
Snacks: hexa mini babybel light with grapes, 1 Werthers original (1 syn) and half of an apple and cinnamon scone at Dobbe's garden centre (I have no idea of syns for that plus a wee pat of butter. I wrapped the other half in napkins and brought it home to a very appreciative DH :A. Normally I'd guzzle the lot, so that's a milestone for me :) )

I'll count all my syns for today used up.

Syns Bank Balance: 63.5 with 4 days to go to WI

Let's all be "in the zone" tomorrow.

    Morning everyone :)

Good day for me yesterday. Walked to work, 2.2 miles then did my fitness ball in the evening after the football instead of having a toffee crisp as desired!

Today I was really craving toast. I'm such an infrequent bread eater though that I don't buy it and don't really have freezer space. Might try and change that, I'm cutting down on the hifi hebs this week and trying to reduce sugar a little. My syns always seem to be sugar based.

Have challenged myself to to some fitness ball every day until next weigh in

Hope we all have a good day :)

I seem to be staggering from one drama to another at the minute both food wise and real life stuff! Could well do without it all and need a serious kick up the proverbial and if anyone has any extra willpower send it my way.

Writing the last few days off. Today is an EE day -

Breakfast - toast (hexb) with banana, Muller light and NAS Ribena.

Lunch - tuna, salad, pickled onions, gerkins, beetroot. Strawberries and Muller light.

Dinner - Asda's wonderful Extra Tasty cooked chicken, SW roasties with paprika, broccoli, peppers, onions and mushrooms.

Will try and keep syns as going out for lunch tomorrow but intend to drive so no wine:)

Have a good day all x
