    Hi All,

I'm new so forgive me if this question has been asked before, I am doing the original and green days style of slimming world and I am exercising a lot, has anyone else experienced their weight loss slowing or staying the same whilst doing sw and exercise?

    Thanks in advance.

I've had it work both ways, which isn't terribly useful I know! I think though, exercise is never going to be detrimental to health. So if the scales aren't moving pay attention to your clothes and what they tell you, or even take measurements.

We found them OK but if you don't like omlettes you might find them a bit eggy.

I really liked them :) I preferred the cheese and bacon ones, although they worked out as 3 Syns each due to the sauce. Only could eat half of one though with my wedges and salad :) Maybe too time consuming though.

Well, I lost 2lbs at my weigh in. Maybe a teeny bit disappointed as I had a tiny gain last week and have done a lot of exercise this week so thought it would maybe be more. Can never be upset with 2 though :) Change in routine next week as I have to weigh on Tues morning, then I won't weigh for two weeks.

My husband has been doing SW for 2 years now and all the time has kept up with his running and going to the gym, I think he has lost about 2 st.

I started doing SW about a month ago, I do Callanetics and ballroom dancing. Previous to this I did a low carb (similar to Atkins) for 2 yrs and lost 2 st. For the past few months I have put on and lost the same 3-5lbs several times. I have yet to see success with SW but don't want to give up because this way of eating suits me better.

Unfortunately tonight I had a slice of Sponge cake which had butter cream filling and strawberries on the top  Goodness knows how many syns that was. The saving grace is I've not had many syns so far this week, but I was trying to save them for next week. At the weekend I've a dance social to go to where I will probably have some sort of alcoholic drink. Next week there are two birthday meals and an award ceremony to negotiate and I wanted to really treat myself at one of the meals as its an Indian Buffet and I love Indian food. I just can't see me losing weight until at least the end of July with all the other things in the pipeline. DD1 graduates in July and I so wanted to lose something by then.
