Seriously need to stop caving to bf's crap cravings :/ we ended up having Pizza Hut tonight as he didn't want to eat when he first got in and then decided he wanted pizza hut after stressing with some new website thing and I caved and let him and had a bit myself.

Not going to beat myself up, brushing myself off and determined to get back on track and keep going, need to turn it around and see a minimum 2lb loss this week. Plan is to hydrate lots, no snacks (unless fruit) and only syns in evening meal

Hello folks. And lots of new people too - hiya!

Congratulations, losers and hugs to everyone else - well, losers can have a hug too!

I've been hiding in a cupboard eating all the wrong stuff. I've been a bit fed up with myself, because I know it's me making the wrong choices and ducking out and making all sorts of excuses. The last few posts I made were pretty negative and I felt they were detracting from all the good stuff going on here. Sorry peeps.

Anyway, WI this morning and 1lb ON, shala. My own fault and I'm lucky to have got away with that. I'll count that as a warning to me.

It's the start of new week - and gloriously hot it is too!

    Tuesday's Menu
Breakfast: hexb porridge made with water, a wee splash of hexa milk
Lunch: baked potato with (rest of) hexb cheese, pickled onions, cherries, banana, shape strawberry tart yogurt
Dinner: wee wholemeal sandwich (6 syns), with tuna & spring onion xl mayo (1 syn), strawberries with scoop vanilla ice cream (4 syns)
    Snacks: 2 x chocolate digestives (6 syns)

Total: 17 syns - not good, but a LOT better than I've been doing this last wee while
    Syns Bank Balance: 88

Good night all, I WILL be back tomorrow.

Had planned on having a few Green days this week but menu plan has changed and I've only managed one!

    Another EE day today:

B - tinned pears in juice, natural yoghurt (HEB)
L - coucous with chopped salady bits, chopped cornichons & capers, pickled onion, pickled beetroot.
    D - SW creamy chicken korma/rice

Only have 3 syns left for today! So will probably just have a fruit split lolly this evening.

Here I am again, dipping in and out, life is seriously getting in the way of me concentrating on weightloss but it is getting crucial now that I am breaking through losing a stone and putting it back on.

I have been giving the opportunity of expanding my job, sort of a new career but it is more active, working with kids, more training and I am panicking inside because of my size. Sitting on the floor with the kids or even on the little chairs fills me with dread and renewing my first aid training and having to kneel on the floor to do resus was near impossible 3 years ago and now I have to do it again and I am still FAT. I really want this new career.

I need to stop faffing about and get serious about losing this weight. I know I would feel so much better etc so why do I keep sabotaging myself?

There are only 2 weeks left of before the kids come off and then 6 weeks school holidays so I have about 8 weeks to make a difference in my weight and feel more comfortable.

I have started swimming again this week, which I love although very self conscious how huge I am.

Take it one day at a time, right? Keeping goal in mind.

Off to read back and catch up.

    Great losses there!!

I went to the gym again last night - but a piece of swiss roll happened to find its way into my mouth yesterday :(

Really hoping for a loss of at least a 1LB this week - I need to get into this last 10 lbs - all this sts and lb off and on is doing my head in.

Whoever thought the last 10 lbs would be so hard to shift!!!

Need to buy new knickers again - nothing here but buckets - pah lol

Morning, well it was a 1.5 lb GAIN for me last night:eek: Expected but still feels rotten when consultant says it out loud. So glad I wrote everything down cos though I know where it all went pear shaped at the weekend it's also good to see all the wee sneaky things that I would normally 'forget' about!!

Soooooo, back on the wagon. Back to only eating what's written on my plan:cool:

    Today will be EE -

Breakfast - toast (hexb) with banana and Muller light

Lunch - ham salad, HUGE salad, gerkins, spicy pickled onions, beetroot. Pineapple, strawberries and nectarine mix with a dollop of Total 0% fat Greek yoghurt.

Dinner - eating out so will need to be careful!

Can I just check with you all Total 0% fat Greek yoghurt is free isn't it? Says so when I checked but I'm getting paranoid now as I've just discovered it and it's too nice to be free!!

Have a good day all x
