Tempted to just syn it as a special chow mein from a Chinese takeaway? It's from an oriental cuisine outlet and I can't see there being much difference?

I couldn't believe how high it was in syns - it just doesn't make sense to me - but it doesn't help that you can't input all the free foods but only one.

Think I would probably do the same!

macpep~maybe the weighing person meant you are half way to your
free week for gaining your club 10?Have you had your club 10 award?

No I havn't I didn't know they gave an award for that, all I have had is 2 stickers for my 1/2 stone & stone. But when I put my weight in online it says I had achieved my club 10 a few weeks ago & I got an "online award" She has perhaps put my starting weight in wrong?

macpep1 it's worth checking re Club 10 as if you keep at it/below it for a few weeks you get a free week at group (plus an extra shiney and certificate)

maman have a great holiday :)

I am feeling a little bit better again today, I have also had my day 'off' plan which I usually have once a week or so (usually use it for date night but as bf has been away I've sort of had it on his return) and now to get back on it

I posted todays menu last night but there's a couple of changes:
breakfast: had 35g oats as my HeB with 100g easi yo strawberry (3.5 syns)
lunch: about to get myself a chicken mugshot (free) and boil an egg or two to have with an apple and small orange
Tea; chicken and lean bacon with cheese (part of HeA) with a ton of veggies and mash

because I think 30g of cheese is too much grated/used in what I'm having for tea I'll have a splash of milk in a couple of cuppas too :)

Body magic: have done a 3 mile walk and a 1 mile walk today :)

I have my theory test tomorrow (eep!) and after that we are going to go and talk to the dealership about the car we are going to order for me - as long as I pass so...fingers crossed!

Have a look in your progress record, page 87 and see if she has entered your club ten target.

I will check when I go home then, I just assumed club 10 was 10% of my bodyweight which I have lost.

Thanks Ladies, I will check when I go home then, I like my shinies :D I dont have my book with me, I just assumed club 10 was 10% of my bodyweight which I have lost. I actually posted on the group FB page that when I entered my weight online it said I had my Club 10 but my consultant never mentioned anything.

Lush - good luck for tomorrow.

Yes, there is award as other peeps have said.
It usually comes up on the weigh system.

It's meat with any fat I notice removed, vegetables and noodles, probably cooked in oil but no way is there 34 syns worth

I'm a banker so I've compromised and written off today's fifteen syns...

Thanks for the recipe, it looks good though I think I'll use chicken as I'm not a beef fan.

I wouldn't worry about the tiny gain (apart from anything else, you're always heavier in the afternoon than in the morning) - stick to plan and it'll iron itself out over the next week. I prefer to look at the general downward trend over about 4 weeks, rather than a weekly thing, it always looks better over a month :)

I hope your weekend goes well. As you say, it'll be emotional, but it's finalising things and you can then start to look forward again :)

Thanks for the kind words consultant31. Like your thinking, I'm loosing oh so slowly but I know it's going to be a long process but worth it in the end.:)
