Hi everyone,
Thinking of following, but can't afford to sign up. A friend from work has lost nearly 2 stone in only a few months using SW. I've done WW in the past, but it just doesn't seem to be for me.
Anyone know where I can find a free/cheap copy of all the free foods/healthy extras?
ThanksThe original janiebaby0 -

4.1g fat
0.7g sat fat
42.5g carbohydrates
2.7g total sugars
22.3g protein
4.1g fibre
0.5g sodium
1.4g salt
Can one of you lovely people with calculator access give me the syn value please?0 -
Top Girl - just put this into the calculator for you and it comes out at a whopping 34.5syns using noodles as the free food and 35 syns using beef as the free food.
There doesn't seem to be a way to calculate it whereby both the noodles and beef can be used as free food.
I've assumed in both cases that you're doing EE.

At WI last night, the girl said a message came up saying I was halfway to my Club 10, but online it says I have already reached this ?? Starting Weight was 10st 9, I am now 9st 6 so have lost 17lbs, by my mathematics I needed to lose 14.9 lbs for club 10?? :rotfl:

Tempted to just syn it as a special chow mein from a Chinese takeaway? It's from an oriental cuisine outlet and I can't see there being much difference?0 -
Hi everyone
Been away at my friends for a fab long weekend. A few SW friendly breakfasts and lunches but everything else was :eek:
Weigh in tonight and sitting here at work wondering how big the gain's going to be!
I'm having only fruit and NAS Ribena today to try and minimise the damage but as usual too little too late.
Roll on tomorrow and I can get back on the wagon - again.
Off to catch up with everyone x0
