    Green Day:

B: All bran, banana, ff vanilla greek yoghurt (added some vanilla essence to natural yoghurt and its lovely)
L: Spicy vegetable pasta & salad. Apple
D: J. Pot with beans, salad.

    Milk for tea.
    Extra Hex: Hm skinny latte.

Well done to Mrs Ryan on the loss

    Hi everyone,

Thinking of following, but can't afford to sign up. A friend from work has lost nearly 2 stone in only a few months using SW. I've done WW in the past, but it just doesn't seem to be for me.

Anyone know where I can find a free/cheap copy of all the free foods/healthy extras?

    Thanks :)
in this weeks reveal is a voucher for a free membership , so 4.95 for the books , worth considering ??

Top Girl - just put this into the calculator for you and it comes out at a whopping 34.5syns using noodles as the free food and 35 syns using beef as the free food.

There doesn't seem to be a way to calculate it whereby both the noodles and beef can be used as free food.

I've assumed in both cases that you're doing EE.

Tempted to just syn it as a special chow mein from a Chinese takeaway? It's from an oriental cuisine outlet and I can't see there being much difference?

    Hi everyone

Been away at my friends for a fab long weekend. A few SW friendly breakfasts and lunches but everything else was :eek:
Weigh in tonight and sitting here at work wondering how big the gain's going to be!

I'm having only fruit and NAS Ribena today to try and minimise the damage but as usual too little too late.

Roll on tomorrow and I can get back on the wagon - again.

Off to catch up with everyone x
