    Evening all,

thank you for all the well wishes; I am feeling slightly better today but not quite 100% just yet. Bf bought me a new dress and a new skirt today so that was nice :)

Not a 100% day but will be straight back on it from tomorrow :)

    rough plan for tomorrow:
early breakfast so probably an apple and some cereal which i will syn as i have no HeB options in until I go to the market tomorrow so 4.5 syns
lunch: mugshot and boiled egg plus veggie nibble (cucumber, tomato, carrot etc)
tea: chicken wrapped in very lean bacon, mash and veggies for me (chips for bf)

so just the syns in breakfast to account for; won't have time for snacks the rest of the day

ETA: TopGirl forgot to say we are nearly birthday twins :) I'm 25/07

Sorry if I upset anyone scarymc :( to me other people's slip ups are like food !!!!!!, you should see me at work, I sit near the kitchen and I'm sniffing the air like a Bisto twin all day...

I don't find it upsetting, but I thought I might look like a bit of a fraud posting all the really off-plan stuff I've had on the SW thread :/ But, if you fancy some food !!!!!! fill your boots (I did!) : McD's Big Tasty, McD's bacon roll breakfast, chinese takeaway, a bounty bar and half an easter egg. Not one of my best SW weekends!

sary, good to see you posting and completely understand how you're busy with new job. When I worked full time I found that the more organised I was the more time I saved for me and the family. Try to think ahead for your lunches so you can have something quick, easy and SW friendly without cutting into you precious half hour at home. HM soup comes to mind as that doesn't take much longer to heat up than making a drink.

Good ideas, thanks. I'm going to have plain rice and some vegetable chilli tomorrow lunchtime. That's nice and tasty, filling too, and practically syn free. In reality, if the rest of my day is on plan, even having a sandwich would be within reason. I've run out of fresh salad, so need to get some more.

Sary, I don't get a break as such due to the hours I work.

I can take time between cases to eat and as such, currently, I take a big salad box to work and nibble at it for an hour.

Tomorrow's is leftover chicken, pickled onions, gherkins, beetroot, peppers, tomatoes, lettuce and cucumber. I also have a lot of tuna pasta, SW quiche and various meats and eggs, with salad, that I prepare the night before.

In the winter, I prefer warm foods generally and stick with soups, leftovers or take in prebaked potatoes and a filling that take a couple of minutes to reheat.

I just need to think about what I'm going to have before lunchtime arrives! I get home, and then it's a case of opening the fridge and wondering what to have. I have tomorrow's planned already. Will get to the s/mkt for a salad top up tomorrow too, so should all be fine.

As promised, trying to keep up with the thread more... easier when you're a bit quieter ;)

WI tonight was a bit dismal, but not as bad as it could have been gained +1.5lb. Given that it's * week too, and after ALL the rubbish I've eaten, I should be satisfied with that. Determined I have just got to get back on the wagon, and keep my bum firmly there. I already know that next Saturday has the potential to be a bit awry with the plan, as I'm out on a jaunt with OH to fetch another bike - this time from Wales! Chances are we will have our weekly McD's that night, and I'll stick with having the chicken selects, which are only 12.5 syns. Up to then, I am going to attempt to keep meals healthy, plenty of fruit & veg, and keep my bread to well within HeB/syns only.

Today's meal was a bit of a write-off, as there was left over chinese to finish up, and I just can't waste food. Tomorrow is Day 1. I have meat already out of the freezer, so know what we're eating tomorrow already.

I'm hoping that being quite busy with my new job should help to keep the lbs from going on in future. At least being busy means that I'm not noticing feeling hungry in work. Bonus!

    Will report back tomorrow.

Just running on quickly- I lost 5lbs! :j my second biggest loss yet and I've finally shed the gain from awards ball- it only took me 2 months :rotfl: 4.5 to target but I'm away from tomorrow till Thursday and going to the races tomorrow which I'm sure will involve drinks and a takeaway on returning and then cocktails on Wednesday I don't think I'll get much of a loss next week :D

Thanks Sugarpuss, will give that a go :D

    RIGHT back on plan today:

    B: Mushroom omelette

D: Roast chicken, peppers, gherkins, pickled onions, tomatoes, lettuce and cucumber, followed by melon chunks

T: SW quiche made with trimmed bacon, mushrooms, peppers and red onion, savoury rice and a huge salad

HEXA - Half milk, half cheese on the quiche
    HEXB - 2 benefit bars

Syns - Options with a splash of milk for 3

    Tomorrow

B: Bacon, poached egg, tomatoes and mushrooms

D - Noodle box, approximately 10 syns and melon, kiwi and pineapple chunks

    Welcome sugarpuss
Great losses peeps, if you've gained- keep on truckin'
After my 2.5 gain last week I'm ready for my weigh in tomorrow
Been good, mixed it up a bit, wrote everything down and did a bit more walking at the weekend so I'm hoping to lose the gain plus another 1/2 to give me the elusive 4 stone award
    Only time will tell
B - over night soaked scan bran with frozen raspberries and quark
L - butternut squash risotto, salad, yogurt, fruit
    D- sped soup, yogurt, berries
    Snacks - fruit, turkey pieces
    Syns 2 for fruyo yogurt, 2x Guylian 6, 2x scan bean 2 = 10
No body magic as I worked late and then had governor meeting until 8.30
