Thought I would post for Monday as I'll be at a training course tomorrow and Tuesday. Not sure how lunches are going to fare as they usually have all sorts of delish sarnies and nibbles. Hoping they put out some something salady and fruity!
    Hex A 350 S milk drinks
B bacon, eggs, toms, mushrooms will skip beans!
    L ?
T Spiced beef and red pepper stew, rice (from sw all in one recipe book- we love it and I can put it in the slow cooker ready for when we get home)
Leaves HEXB probably be toast and something, all depends on lunch.
Also have WI tomorrow, can't go to my usual morning session so have to be late afternoon evening:(
    Have a great Monday all

TopGirl when is your birthday? mine's in about 6 weeks too :)

Today is not going so well; I had a very tough night with a bad stomach and this head cold that evolved yesterday and today has been bad with the cold too - I was up from 5 with wonder bairn so tuned in to the live link for bf's last game but then forgot to eat so by 8.30 I felt dreadful and ending up forcing down my cereal, i baked bf's cupcakes (haven't even tried one!) and am about to haul myself to the kitchen to fill and frost them, didn't have my lunch until gone 14.00 and I can't even bring myself to think about an evening meal at the moment :(

Struggling to even drink anything currently :( hopefully i will feel better super soon as I have a driving lesson at 08.30 tomorrow and then we are taking bf's car to be serviced.

I'm thinking a little portion of low syn lasagna for my evening meal.

going to drag bf to Harvester tomorrow for lunch I think then cut back on syns the rest of the week (because we will get the 9.99 meal deal - unlimited salad, a main, an unlimited soft drink and a sundae best ice cream) :)

Oh and I felt super bad after a couple of little pieces of chocolate last night so think I'm going to avoid that from now on!

26/07 for me LLS, you? Sorry to hear you're under the weather, hope you feel better soon :(

I won't mention what I've eaten, as I think it's a bit unfair on those being really good and sticking on plan.

Sorry if I upset anyone scarymc :( to me other people's slip ups are like food !!!!!!, you should see me at work, I sit near the kitchen and I'm sniffing the air like a Bisto twin all day...

Hi everyone, would love to join in if possible. I've been reading your wonderfully supportive thread for about a week now.

Welcome :j That spiced beef and red pepper stew sounds amazing, if you have the recipe to share, that would be brilliant :o

    Exactly what she said.:)

topgirl, I always roast chicken with the skin on but take it off before eating and count as synfree. But when I make a casserole with thighs/drumsticks I take the skin off first. My reasoning is that when I make gravy from the meat juices some of the fat from the skin is in the gravy syns. Not very logical really.

You're sounding a bit stressed lush and the nasty cold on top.:Tfor sticking to plan. Harvester is a good choice for SW. Enjoy!

sary, good to see you posting and completely understand how you're busy with new job. When I worked full time I found that the more organised I was the more time I saved for me and the family. Try to think ahead for your lunches so you can have something quick, easy and SW friendly without cutting into you precious half hour at home. HM soup comes to mind as that doesn't take much longer to heat up than making a drink.
