    Hello all
Well here I am sat at a cricket match watching lovely son play, an enforced few hours of doing nothing but sewing and reading, a hard life me thinks!!
I picked up a pack of salad from sainsburys taste the difference salad which had balsamic vinegar dressing and 10g of parmigiana reggiano (hard cheese) shavings and very nice it was too, mixed with some pasta and a couple of hard boiled eggs. My question is can I use the cheese as my hexa? I will not be having any other A choices today other than a couple of shots of milk in my tea. I don't have my book with me and wondered if I can use it as an A, can someone please help me out otherwise I will have to syn whole thing at 4.5 syns
    Thanks everyone

    B quark fresh berries
L salad, eggs, pasta, fish sticks, yogurt
    D ?
    Snacks fruit
    Syns?

    D was baked bean lasagne
Syns were 3 x Guylian chocs and 1.5 for dressing on salad

Well I am feeling decidedly rough this evening! I've been feeling like a cold is coming on all day and it is either that or hayfever has hit me in the face with a sledgehammer :(

didn't manage much for tea; a little chicken, lean bacon and mushr0om with pasta in a pasta bake - although there was hardly any sauce (but i remember making it that way) so I am going to try a few bits now - will use some of tomorrow's syns as bf isn't home until 11pm so don't need to make/order anything for him/us and it will mean tomorrow is a low syn day

    Plan for tomorrow:
breakfast: HeB cereal plus milk from HeA
    Snack (if wanted): boiled egg/s
lunch: chicken mugshot, fruit slices/chunks (apple, melon, satsuma)
tea: baked chicken breast, mashed potato (no fat or milk added), mixed veg followed by a jubbly (1syn)
before bed; options hot choc (2syn)

    Wow, hot one today!

Was ill yesterday, so wasn't great food wise.

Did a 50min workout this morning, bit of body magic! Dinner was pulled pork with a gorgeous BBQ sauce I made, practically syn free :)

Now sat down for the football, iced coffee in hand and fan on the go.

Did Ready Brek used to be a HEB, btw? I'm sure I remember that from years ago :s

Yes, Google says it used to be 25g and one ryvita for a HEB. I'd be inclined to just stick with it until things weren't working. Apologies if anyone else has already suggested that!

hiya everyone. sorry to keep popping up with questions, but doing this alone i don't know who else to ask!! I've read places online that say the mugshots that are free on green are only free if you buy the full price ones from tesco etc. i bought some from poundland the other day that were considerably cheaper than 80p per sachet in tesco. anyone have any idea if this is still correct as the posts are from a couple of years ago. any info much appreciated ladies (and gents):o
:p It is better to be thought of as an idiot than to open your mouth and remove all doubt

The mugshot question is one that vexes me greatly  the ones with the black writing I'm told with the exception of the sweet and sour are all synned but it's never clear how many syns are in them. Ever since my consultant's supervisor really showed me up at group once when I put one in the Slimmer of the Week basket and lectured us about how we should never eat the ones with black writing I've had a real bee in my bonnet on this subject
Thanks Maman :) fingers crossed for Monday as well. Sadly the oats so simple isn't any good- I've had it before and I find the fruit varieties too sweet and I'm not keen on the multigrain original :( I'm a very fussy eater and often struggle to find something I like :( I lost 4 stone of my own accord eating huge bowls of the Nestle Fitnesse chocolate cereal (not just this obviously :rotfl:) and I nearly gave up on the first night when I discovered I couldn't have it anymore! :(

The mug shot thing annoys me to. Personally I count all the 1% fat ones as free and its not stopped me losing weight.

Tried koko coconut milk for me hea today as you can have 425ml. It was okay. Giving hazelnut milk a whirl tomorrow as you can have 950 ml and it I like it rice pudding here I come!

    Breakfast - 2 x wholemeal toast, 2 x lcl, nectarine, banana
Lunch - mug shot, apple, plum, shape 0% fat yoghurt
Tea - noodles, veg and left over curry goat, shape 0% fat yoghurt

    Snacks - apple, crab sticks

Hea - koko coconut milk 1 x light baby bell
    heb - wholemeal bread

Syns - none yet but I am working till 4am so sure to have some.

Plans for a mooch round carboot and charity shop scuppered today as its raining and horrible so also means no trip to Aldi, its 45mins on bus so only go when I can combine carboot and CS.

What to do to keep me out of kitchen and food. Think I will attack another wardrobe and chest of drawers and throw out fat stuff. though I am in danger of having nothing to wear now. Itching to buy new but waiting till at target.

Really want a pair of white jeans but wondering if I am not too old don't want to be mutton dressed as lamb as my dear Mom would have said
but don't want to look almost 70 either.

Shame that your outing was scuppered. Weather still good here.

When I was getting to target I bought an absolute minimum of new clothes and those that I did buy were either cheap (Asda/Matalan) or from CSs. CS helped me to experiment with colour as when I was fat I mostly wore black from head to toe.

What's the general consensus on white jeans? I've got a pair but I don't seem to wear them much.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: I've got fruit to eat up, so probably a bit of SW friendly grazing!
D: roast beef, roast parsnips and potatoes, carrots, cauli, broccoli
Syns: squirt of syrup, gravy, maybe horseradish and weekend wine:D

My day will be simple foodwise, as I only eat once on Sundays.

L: Roast lamb, Jersey Royals, carrots, leeks.
    HexA: Milk
HexB: Haven't decided - maybe prunes or walnuts
    Snacks: Bananas and MullerLight, melon
    Syns: Redcurrant jelly, gravy
    Drinks: Coffee, tea, water
