That's why I was suggesting making your own - gluten free oats, milk powder and sweetner.. doesn't have any gluten then, but if you don't like the texture then that's no good!:D

You can always make ready brek yourself out of oats blended a bit, then you'd be able to use part of your HEB.. and have some nuts or something as the other part..

They have a chilled Scotch burger at 6.5 syns for 117g which would make yours quite high! (about 9?). May not be the same recipe though.

I made jerk chicken drumsticks, wedges and homemade coleslaw. I was pleasantly surprised that it tasted fine without any extra oil, but I did put too much mustard powder in the mayo for the coleslaw and had to sweeten it up with a pinch of Splenda.

Oatsosimple has wheat in, so can't have it. It's the texture of the big oats I don't like, ready brek is finer so more palatable.

Ready Brek is 4.5 for 25g tie. Sorry to hear you're having such a tough time.:)

We've been to a BBQ this afternoon. I was fairly restrained but now I'm feeling really fat and bloated.

Hope the England team don't make me feel even worse later.:(

    Evening all
I must admit I'm gutted to find you can't have Ready Brek for a HEB. I've been having the measured sachets as they are ideal as I can't measure accurately. I'm getting a bit bored of Weetabix being the only cereal I can have! :(
A sneaky weigh on my own scales this morning is showing a very pleasing result but we shall see on Monday..!!
    Today's menu (EE)
B: Frozen mixed fruit and Mullerlight, NAS cordial
L: Big plate of salad (lettuce, cucumber, sweetcorn, cherry tomatoes, red onion) pickled gherkins, chicken chunks, 2 tbsps Tesco Healthy living Thai Sweet Chilli Dressing (1 syn) Frappucino with HEXA semi skimmed, 2 apples
T: Lean (new label less than 5%) mince, passata, Worcester sauce, Uncle Ben's rice (2.5 syns) Buxton water, melon chunks
S: Sweet chilli Ryvita minis (HEXB) MugShot, cheese twist (2 syns)
    Syns: 5.5
    Body Magic: 3.1 mile walk
Hope everyone's ok and enjoying the sunshine xx

Hmmm thats what I thought it was yummy though :D, I think syn wise if I allow 10 for the burger, 7.5 for 3 chipolata saussages and a slice of carrot cake  I'm going to say 30 syns would that be about right? I've got 2 days before WI so going to not have any syns for the next 2 days to balance it out.
