    Evening all :)
Have a mega case of the munchies at the minute so posting on here to try and take my mind off it :D have been good for 2 days now and I need to try and keep it up over the weekend. I'm away again on Tuesday for 2 days so I might get a good loss this week but I have a feeling it will be back on fairly quickly!! I'm away again at my student conference at the end of June so I don't think there will be much serious weight loss until about July :o
Been food shopping today and got a decent amount of stuff. I bought an enormous tray of reduced strawberries yesterday and have scoffed them all already!
    EE day today.
B: Strawberries and Mullerlight, NAS cordial
L: big plate of salad (lettuce, sweetcorn, cherry toms, red onion, sliced pickled gherkins) sweet chilli chicken chunks with Tesco sweet chilli dressing (2 tablespoons- 1 syn) Frappucino with HEXA semi skimmed, 2 apples, NAS cordial
Snacks: Cheese twist (2 syns) Ryvita minis (HEXB) Diet Coke
T: Quorn steaks, 2 fried eggs made with FryLight, Smash, mixed bean salad. 2 kiwis. NAS cordial
S: MugShot, Alpen light (old recipe 70 cals) cherry Bakewell (3 syns)
    Syns: 6
Body magic: 2.5 miles in total walking

    Hope everyone's ok x

Thanks for the feedback, don't think I'll be trying it!;)

What about making a frittata/Spanish omelette the night before using similar ingredients (eggs, bacon, diced tomatoes, mushrooms and you could add potatoes to make it really substantial) and then having that with some beans. You could give it a quick ping in the morning if you wanted it hot. It would make a really good SW friendly breakfast and not a HEX in sight!

    Really good second day:

B: Pitted prunes (HexB) + banana
L: Leftover cottage pie + kale
    D: Lebanese 7-spice chicken + crispy salad
    Snacks: Mullerlight
Drinks: Tea + coffee (HexA milk), lots of water

I've ditched the Alpen Lights and any hope of baked beans - they set off my IBS, so it'll be grainfree for me from now on. My stomach is purring with happiness.

Made frittata loads of times, never thought of adding breakfast goodies, could easily heat up and serve with beans. Thanks for the idea, will try it over weekend

My Dr is pushing me towards the FODMAP diet for my IBS. I have now gone gluten free and this week I also gave up my beloved weetabix and what a difference it's made. I have no morning pain at all, it's been wonderful. I still have other issues so will work my way through the 'avoid' list to see what helps.
Have a read up if you haven't heard of it, I found it interesting. Although if I avoided everything on the list I would starve :p
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
