Thanks for the feedback, don't think I'll be trying it!;)
What about making a frittata/Spanish omelette the night before using similar ingredients (eggs, bacon, diced tomatoes, mushrooms and you could add potatoes to make it really substantial) and then having that with some beans. You could give it a quick ping in the morning if you wanted it hot. It would make a really good SW friendly breakfast and not a HEX in sight!0 -

I've ditched the Alpen Lights and any hope of baked beans - they set off my IBS, so it'll be grainfree for me from now on. My stomach is purring with happiness."Save £12k in 2019" #120 - £100,699.57/£100,0000 -

My Dr is pushing me towards the FODMAP diet for my IBS. I have now gone gluten free and this week I also gave up my beloved weetabix and what a difference it's made. I have no morning pain at all, it's been wonderful. I still have other issues so will work my way through the 'avoid' list to see what helps.
Have a read up if you haven't heard of it, I found it interesting. Although if I avoided everything on the list I would starveIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
