HelenDaveKids wrote: »So happy today... sneaky mid week weigh gives me a 2lb loss but that's 50lb and also makes me 10 stone something, obviously want to be 10 stone on the button but I can almost see maintenance...
Found some gorgeous low cal yogurt ice cream type stuff in asda, yummy.
Well done we are in the same boat - nearly looking at maintenance0 -

I'm back from WI and lost 0.5lb this week which means I am now exactly llb below target. Wasn't really sure how I'd done this week as was a bit low on syns until last night and then had half bottle of red! Certainly meant I had enough syns (and probably more!).
As I said earlier it's an EE day today but I got the wrong dinner earlier! That's what it was going to be but I've swapped it with Friday's dinner as I only used half the pack of mince for the koftas yesterday, which were very nice by the way.
B - banana & Alpen Light 3 syns
L - eggs on toast (HEB + 1)
D - 5 spice beef with noodles (recipe from May/June magazine)
HEA - will be milk in teas throughout the day
Syns - toast 1 (used 2 slices of Great White which is 70g)
Alpen Light 3
Will probably have a Fruit Split lolly this evening for another 3.

Hi top girl thanks for that, I'm not sure if it's old or new . it's summer fruits 70 cals I thought they were 4.5 Syns if it's only 3.5 then I have one extra syn left He! He !:j
If you're synning them, it's one syn for 20 calories, so it's 3.5, enjoy your extra syn...
Well done Helen and Lantanna :j0 -
Well done on staying below target denise.
I didn't get to WI today but I'm not concerned. Please put me down for STS Shala.
I'll be on holiday for 2 weeks from Tuesday so my plan is to go to WI 9 days after I get back. Hopefully any gain will have been lessened by then.
MrsR, I total agree with your mum about enjoying yourself on holiday. I think it's hard when you've only just started SW as it feels like you're undoing all the good work but when you've lost loads like you have a few pounds on (and then off ASAP) isn't a problem at all. Hope you had a good time BTW.
I've had an almost perfect EE day today, hope it stays that way to bedtime.
B: NAS Ribena, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, milk for teas
L: fried up veg with cornichons and HM veg and lentil soupSW Bolognese
Syns: none planned as scrape of parmesan should fit in HEB as I haven't had much milk today0 -
I have discovered that with all the added veggies there is enough bolognese sauce for two meals not one, I'll keep my syn count for it at 5 though (and will for the other portion too)
Have been doing my kitchen cupboards out today (finally) and have moved our breakfast bar across from where it was and it's really opened the kitchen up! I've wanted to try it there for awhile but bf was reluctant. it also means we should lose less space if i ever have the airer up inside but I might just go out and buy the retractable washing line I fancy for the garden and get more stuff drying outside:) also freeing up that floor space
That has made me feel positive (I'm a home bird if you can't tell) and organised and now I know what food we have in (much less in the food cupboard [yes just the one, the other cupboard is baking and they aren't even double width cupboards!] than I thought)
will weigh in tomorrow at the chemist as I can't get to my parents this week - do feel like I've had a better week though and the 'stand in' shorts I bought 4 or so weeks ago now are finally feeling loose....seriously need to do some targeted exercises though - it's definitely my bum and hips carrying 90% of the baby weight so will start on regular toning exercises back up and they help me shrink them before!
Whats people's opinions of the 30 shred? haven't tried it before but seriously considering it now************************************

Level one is fine, level two is killer and level three- no chance :rotfl: if you can stick with it and do 5 ish times a week you'll star to see results pretty quickly, it's so intense!0 -
My first day on the EE plan:
B: Bacon, mushrooms, beans
Snack: 2 X Alpen Lights (HexB?)
HexA: 250ml semi-skimmed milk
L: Missed it as I had a meeting - had a banana, apple and orange mid-afternoon.Just waiting for the cottage pie from the SW website to cook, with kale. Should have enough for lunch tomorrow as well. Will syn the reduced-fat Cheddar to go on the mash.
Drinks: 4 coffees, lots of water.
Does this look okay? I didn't have time to read much before I kicked off this morning, so I'm flying by the seat of my pants at the moment.
Pleasantly surprised at how unhungry and calm I am - that's never happened before on a lowfat diet. Normally I'm craving some cheese by now.
What's the story with Muller Lights eg. toffee? How many syns?"Save £12k in 2019" #120 - £100,699.57/£100,0000 -

If you look online it says Alpen Light summer fruit, 19g bar is only 2.5 syns which is strange as it is 70 cals and the same calories as the other bars.
Lemon drizzle, cherry bakewell, double chocolate and chocolate and fudge are 3 syns each and apple and sultana are 2.5 syns each
