I am getting seriously frustrated by the amount of people that are making comments about me being skin and bone and don't be going too far! etc :eek: and now I'm starting to worry about it. I've always been one of those people that weighs more than people think I do I guess - but I don't know what to do. My face is looking a little on the tiny side today...........
My BMI is 0.5 off the normal weight category.
I'm 5.4 and 10.9st and of medium build. I have 34 E boobs :eek: so I am definitely not slight lol . I carry all of the weight around my belly - I have skinny arms and legs and not much of a bum. My stomach is pretty much a mess after losing all this weight and for being overweight for so long - don't think It will ever be flat but I can still grab a good handful and I have the remains of a shelf! Sorry to be rude but those with one will know all about it! And I hate it...........I can cope with the rest of me but the belly is hateful!! :eek:
I was wanting to go down to 9 stone 13 to get the whole 7 stone weightloss but now I don't know. I also am in love with the idea of being 9 stone anything. .....
Has anyone else had this problem - Maman / JoeDenise?? Its bizarre that I am now worrying about when to stop losing weight??? I never thought I'd get here!!!
I'm a dress size 12 - a 10 in some things. The problem I have is my boobs look massive in comparison to everything else and my waist seems to be bigger than my legs and bum - which means I am a 12 in the waist in a trouser but a 10 in the legs - which is why I think If I could lose a bit more I could just be a 10 on the bottom - end of.
Any thoughts - sorry for ranting but if one more person comes off with one of these cheeky comments I'll crack!!
My family are of mixed opinion and it is becoming a bone of contention!!! :eek:
How did you know what your target was / or know what it will be???
I hate reading in all these mags that people like Michelle Keegan / Cheryl Cole etc are like 8 stone soaking wet - it makes me feel like a total Helfalump

Lantanna - like others have said the time to stop losing weight is when YOU are ready to stop. I didn't set a target to start with as wasn't sure where I wanted to be so just set my Club 10 at the first meeting as an interim target. I didn't actually have very much to lose as was only about 1 - 1.5 stone overweight.
I'm only 5'1" and went down to 7 st 7lb but wasn't able to maintain that weight easily so actually increased my target and put some weight back on. I was actually told by my GP that 7st 7lb was too light for me as an "older" lady:rotfl:(did she have to remind me that I'm getting old, LOL) and that I shouldn't drop below 8st or even a couple of pounds heavier so I set my target at 8st 5lb and I generally hover a lb or so under that but it means I have a bit of leeway when I go away for the weekend or go on holiday.
I too am 10/12 depending on where I buy clothes. I'm more likely to be a 12 on the bottom half as I still have a bit of a belly! which I really hate but just don't seem to be able to shift it. Might help if I did a bit of BM I suppose but I'm just not motivated enough for that!
Off to WI this morning and need to sort out my menu plan for today. The only thing I'm sure of is it's going to be an EE day as I'm making the Creamy chicken pasta from this month's magazine for dinner tonight. Will only be a banana after WI for breakfast so just lunch to sort out.
Will post back later with full plan and what I did at WI.

Lantanna, I agree with others, stop when YOU want to. If you didn't have big bangers you would probably be within healthy range now, and that's where the 'one rule fits all' thing fails. My Mum has always been hyper critical of the way I look (she once introduced me as "this is my daughter, not the skinny pretty one"). The last time I got near target having lost 5 stones, she suddenly went from "you need to lose more weight" to "here, I've made you a cake, you look to thin". Needless to say I put all the weight back on again. I won't be listening to anyone's 'constructive criticism' when I get near target again and I will set it where I am happy Xx

Lantanna, your weight is the same as your hair, your dress sense, your wallpaper in the front room, ultimately you are the one who lives with them all day in and day out and your opinion should be the one that counts.
I think sometimes people can misguidedly think they are just being complimentary when they tell people they have lost too much weight and they don't want to lose any more, I also think it can be down to surprise at how well others have done, and, if I'm absolutely honest, sometimes it's pure jealousy.
If you're happy with how you look and how your clothes fit you etc, maybe go onto maintain for a couple of weeks and see if you still feel that way?
If not, chuffing well ignore everyone else until you are0 -
Meg72 – Thanks I have always wanted to be 9 stone something – so I kind of think If I don’t do it I’ll never know how it felt and I’ll always regret it. :eek:
HelenDaveKids – Your belly sounds similar to mine – its frustrating isn’t it. Like yourself I’m in the gym and need to get myself back to kettlebells and the like. A lot of it is probably down to toning now and building muscle somewhere where there has been nothing but flab!! :eek:
Lushlifesaver – I know the certificates and stickers do become crazy motivation lol I really want that 7 stone one as my last one. Like why would I stop at 6 stone 10 etc if I could get 7 stone : / All a bit of a headmelt really isn’t it!! My consultant is actually trying to deter me from going down to 9.13 she thinks I weigh nothing as it is. She is the same height as me and weighs 11.2 but she is 20 years older. But then maybe she doesn’t want to have to pay for the 7 stone stuff lol.:eek: I have a bit of an addictive personality and its always all or nothing with me so I do have to keep an eye on myself and what I am doing as well.
Topgirl – I used to drink a lot of green tea and trying to get back on it now. I don’t know if it is scientifically proven that it is good for weightloss but anything with water in it will help your body function properly and weightloss becomes easier apparently : / So if you like it - get it into you!! :T

I was in Tesco this morning at 7 o’clock buying food.:cool: I have strange cravings for fish at the minute – really bizarre!!! I have totally gone off meat. Last night I was lying in bed dreaming about scallops!! :eek:

Well yesterdays green day ended up being EE as we went out for dinner, I had JP & steak with no butter & counted 3.5 for the tiny amount of peppercorn sauce they provided. I just had 2 alpen lights later on with my tea for my HEB.
Lantanna – I agree with everyone else, stop when you want to. I was at my heaviest when I joined SW in January at 10st 9lb, I have not officially set my target but in my head it is 8st 7lb. For years I was 7st 10lb & could eat what I want etc, I am 5’ 2.5 & small made with small knockers. :rotfl: When I look back at old pictures of me at 7st10lb I look ill, so for me 8st 7lb is a good weight. I don’t think any of us will ever be happy with our bodies as we are women! At least you know you are healthy & have done it the healthy eating way.

Top Girl – I love Green Tea, I used to drink it all day but now just one cup, I have the Tetley one with lemon. I am loving the peppermint tea just now & have 2-3 cups of this at night. I will let you know how I go on Monday as usually I only have one cup of this & save my syns for wine but I am off alcohol just now due to painkillers I am on so it may not be a true reflection as to whether the loss will be due to the tea or the no alcohol

Hi all
With my meal plan and NAS Ribena I feel very much in control. If it's not written down I don't eat it - we'll see how long this lasts:) Going to look out for NAS Vimto, love that too.
Think I'm going for a green day today -
Breakfast - roll on bacon with tomatoes (using both hexb)
Lunch - LO pasta salad loaded with roasted vegetables, mixed fruit salad of strawberries, pineapple, nectarines and apple
Dinner - Savoury rice with pepper, onions, tomatoes, broccoli and mushrooms. Ice-lolly (2.5)
Hexa's - milk for coffee and parmesan for rice (don't know if this will work but giving it a go)
Syns - only ice-lolly at the moment, trying to bank them for weekend as this is my weak time.
