Lantanna, personally I have chosen a goal of 10 stone 0 lbs because if it is below 10 I kinda of think the second I'm a pound over 9 stone something and become 10 it would be the end of the world level drama. Whereas I'd like a long term wiggle room of 4lb. Ish...
I don't think anyone can dictate what weight you should be, again personally I want a "healthy" bmi, so am keen (read determined) to hit 10 stone 10 regardless of anything. I also want to rid of my wobbly wibbly belly which may be more about muscle than weight loss but I intend to push on until I feel it's fat free as its me who has to live with it. Sometimes I think people are so used to see our bodies / faces fatter that when we lose weight it's a shock, hence the comments. Especially when we are suddenly slimmer than many of our colleagues /friends...
I've recently added many strength classes into my routine, such as abs blast, legs bums tums, etc as it can't hurt...
Im currently 11 stone 1 & 5'5, just started squeezing into size 12 bottoms and size 10 topsMorgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

The first time round I set a target of 10st7lb purely based on the fact that that would be a decent BMI and my mum who has the same build/height/etc was always told by doctors not to go below that...I later changed that ever so slightly to 10st10lbs because I knew I then had the 3lb leeway to drop down to 10st7lb but also the give there to put a bit on when I thought I was looking a bit rough...when I sat at target or the bottom end of it I was happy and healthy and only a few people passed comments about me going too far etc (it was very visible if i dropped below 10st7lb.
The main thing for me is I have worked in a rehab facility helping young women battle eating disorders so I know various signs and my eating was bordering on disordered so that's when I really had to refocus and spend some time sorting that - I also found it really hard coming to grips with gaining weight when I found out I was pregnant and was still doing at lot at 16 weeks including reffing wheelchair rugby which was really frowned upon...then I came to grips with it and gained all this flipping weight
swings and roundabouts I guess - i did find my old consultant kept trying to encourage me to aim for my lowest acceptable weight though which didn't help then the whole stickers and certificates thing became crazy motivation as I wanted 'the whole set'************************************

Topgirl – Buffets are dangerous for me too:eek: – so many tasty wee bits and constant refilling of your plate!!:rotfl:Everyone always seems to eat more at a buffet and no one seems to notice how much you eat either!! I hope you enjoyed it and had some cocktail sausages and sausage rolls. :rotfl: My personal fave!! Its done now and you enjoyed it.Put it behind you and start again – a little release from the plan in the form of a buffet will keep you sane!! :A

Hi all
Just running in quickly- only got back off hols at 3.30 this afternoon and went to WI at my consultants other group tonight  well you can imagine what the result was- 3.5 gainmy clothes all feel horrifically tight so better get this gain off ASAP methinks..
Still I've had a lovely holiday and eaten some lovely (although very very naughty) food! I did feel guilty but as my mum said you don't go on holiday to pick at a salad with no dressing and drink water do you? I know the general advice is to eat steak or pasta when you eat out but I don't eat either so hence the fact I just don't usually eat out- however my mum put 6lbs on after one holiday so I suppose I should count my blessings*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -
Hope you feel better soon Beanie. Hugs Xx
Lantanna, I agree with others, stop when YOU want to. If you didn't have big bangers you would probably be within healthy range now, and that's where the 'one rule fits all' thing fails. My Mum has always been hyper critical of the way I look (she once introduced me as "this is my daughter, not the skinny pretty one"). The last time I got near target having lost 5 stones, she suddenly went from "you need to lose more weight" to "here, I've made you a cake, you look to thin". Needless to say I put all the weight back on again. I won't be listening to anyone's 'constructive criticism' when I get near target again and I will set it where I am happy XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31.
