Although yesterday was supposed to be a Green day I wasn't really one in the end as I actually ended up only have 1 Alpen Light so 0.5 HEB! instead of the 2 you're supposed to have.

    Having a Red day today:

    B - Weetabix with milk - HEA1/HEB1
    L - Roast beef & salad sandwich with Extra Light Mayo as spread - HEB2 + 0.5
D - Beef Kofta & salsa - from this month's magazine. Not having the potatoes although may do some for DH (depends how I feel when I get round to getting dinner ready, LOL!)

    Syns: Mayo - 0.5
    Cider - 4.5
    Fruit Split - 3

Think I've had less syns than usual this week so wonder what the scales will show tomorrow! A good loss hopefully.

    Evening all

This losing weight lark isn't easy, is it. Things keep getting in the way! I don't understand it - there are never any obstacles to gaining weight, at least not for those of us who don't need to, lol ;)

Anyway, that kfc chicken sounds good. I take it the weetabix gets crushed in with the spice?

    Good luck everyone.

Yes, sorry about that, I'll go back and edit the recipe. It's not mine, I pinched it off another site, but I'm led to believe it's delicious by my DD :)

With you mentioning that many members have a synful treat after weigh-in, it got me to thinking.....I have stopped doing this of late and I find I don't struggle as much to stay on track.

I do think it's nice to have something to look forward to but at the same time, that sounds as if food optimising is not particularly enjoyable! With this thinking comes the idea "one day, when I've finished dieting, I'll be able to have nice food again"! For me, SW chips and mushy pea curry, or jacket potato with prawn Marie Rose (my own recipe) and a colourful salad is just as appealing as going out for fish and chips or a Chinese.

I'm in the zone as you can probably tell so that's my two pen'orth.....hope it helps somebody else get there :)
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

The SW scales are self-calibrating and at a cost of well over £400 (well that's what mine were insured for several years ago) I don't think they are likely to be inaccurate.
The more likely cause is that box of chocs catching up and an excess of water around your muscles from all the extra activity. Keep plodding on, it will all come right in the end.

As for the fella, you're better off without one that won't treat you well. Have a ((hug)) from a strange woman instead :rotfl:

Ours actually were 100 % wrong one week. We were told by our Consultant the following week that they had been off. We didn't get a refund and I was really annoyed at the time so it can happen!!

Topgirl – Buffets are dangerous for me too:eek: – so many tasty wee bits and constant refilling of your plate!!:rotfl: Everyone always seems to eat more at a buffet and no one seems to notice how much you eat either!! I hope you enjoyed it and had some cocktail sausages and sausage rolls. :rotfl: My personal fave!! Its done now and you enjoyed it. Put it behind you and start again – a little release from the plan in the form of a buffet will keep you sane!! :A
I’m off out on Saturday night for a meal in a swanky restaurant so I’m trying to save my syns for then! There will be no treat night on Thursday after wi for me! I’m actually craving healthy food at the minute – long may it continue!! Er boiled rice in particular!
I'd better have something off tomorrow or I will crack!!
Need to stockpile on the squash again - fed up buying it and pouring it lol
