Also,if I have 2 blue cheese triangles at 25 cals each not as my HEXA, is 2.5 syns or 3 as they are 1.5 each please? I suspect the former.

Have looked up the blue cheese triangles and they are 1.5 syns each so 3 syns for 2.

Having the Green day today that I had planned for yesterday before I realised there would be enough lamb left for another meal!

B - Scrambled eggs on toast
L - beanburger, corn on cob
D - HM pumpkin, chickpea & lentil curry with rice.

HEA1 - milk in tea throughout the day
HEA2 - milk to make a frappachino (won't be a full HEB though)
    HEB1 - 60g of WM bread
    HEB2 - 2 Dark Rye Ryvita & Alpen Light Choc & Fudge
Syns: butter 2 (on corn!) & 2 (on Ryvita); Fruit Split lolly 3 = 7 syns

Need to go shopping as run out of fruit so will also have some fruit later - no idea what yet depends what looks good at the market and/or Aldi.

I'm juggling with food this week as lots of social stuff and don't want to buy in too much fresh food as it's less than a week to holidays.;)

It's not a very mse way to do things but I might resort to buying, for example, some loose onions as can't see me using a whole bag.

I know I'm going over syns today but a carvery meal out could be worse. At least there's loads of veg. I'll pass on the Yorkshire and try to keep roasties to a minimum although it's possible they'll have new potatoes at this time of the year.

    EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: LO veg and pickles (not very inspiring but needs eating up)
    D: carvery
Syns: squirt of syrup, gravy, full fat roasties and wine.:o

All that will stop as next week on hols and have to weigh in on the Monday night the day after we get back rather than usual Tuesday am.

Hope the gain is not too bad - but I am not making any promises!!!!

    macpep~What belt is your DD.
Hope she enjoyed the grading :)

She just started in Feb along with DS, so she skipped yellow tags & went straight to yellow belt. DS didn't do grading although he could have but we had to pay for 2 for DD so he will keep until next time. We now need to get sparring equipment for DD which is going to cost over £100 after paying £80 for her grading .

Well -0.5 for me please Shala, didn't stay at group last night again. I want 2lb off the next 2 weeks so going to be really good. I am trying to get an appointment for a physio after work, I have had muscle pain in upper left hand side of back since doing Hip Hop Abs last Monday, I was coping with it however, I woke up at 5am this morning in agony & had to get painkillers & Ibuprofen & also woke DH up to put Ibuprogen gel on my back, painkillers are hardly helping :(.

    EE Menu

    B - Pineapple, strawberries, kiwi
L - Chicken, large salad, strawberries, pineapple, FF greek yoghurt
D - Chicken fajhita pasta with HEA of cheese, side of veg
HEB - Either 2 Alpen lights or 2 Rocky Roads
Syns - 1 for milk in coffees

macpep~The sparring equipment is very expensive.
I think they are bringing out a new design so keep your eye out for a bargain on the older design.
I picked some up on ebay yonks ago.
My DS is pre black belt & last I looked his grading would be £180.
( & they have to do a pre test thingy too which is also £££'s)
He only goes intermittingly now. Bleeping waste of money  :rotfl:

Hope you get a physio appointment.

Well things went a bit pear shaped this morning and I ended up going out without any breakfast so now have a spare HEB. Need to decide what I'm going to have instead of the toast this morning. Was going to have a WM roll with my beanburger but have run out!

I've already planned to have an Alpen Light and a couple of Ryvita's this evening so need to have a look to see what else I can have. Thought about using some olive oil but don't need it as having a freezer ready meal this evening!

    Decisisions, decisions!
