Wizzkid - try a break in your routine. Its a little controversial but sometimes a break in your routine can restart your metabolism. Maybe have a day or two days off and then start back on it?

I find that I stall every so often and then it just drops off - I need to change what I eat every so often as my body gets used to it. So change up your meals - maybe have a week of eating totally different meals - i.e have something different for breakfast every day.

I struggled to drop below 11 stone for a while but now I'm under I'm staying there.
Thanks to jodenise and beanielou too.
Well many thanks for your ideas. I will try something different.
Trouble is I am not a veg eater that's why I make quite a bit of soup I can eat all different veggies in soups but individuals on a plate. I know that is the secret to S W but I can't manage the veg. The only ones I can eat are carrots peas mushrooms tomatoes lettuce a tiny bit of broccoli and cauli corn and a tiny bit of green beans. Any other has to be in soups. It's so frustrating when you can 't do it. I try but it doesn't happen. I am so envious when I read other peoples menu and there are loads of veg. Perhaps S W isn't for me.

If you can't really change your veg - definitely change up your protein and carbohydrates. Eg try more pasta or rice, sweet potato - just something different from what you are eating right now. Do you like frittata or omlettes? It can be a good way of sneaking veggies in. I guess you got to experiment and try different things and different ways of cooking them to see if you like them - you might be surprised. Even the change up the form of how you eat them EG - SW Chips for Mashed potatoes - it just might help :)

So sorry to hear you feeling down wiz. Whatever happens, SW is a healthy way of eating so you've been doing good things there. To add to your list you've been having pickles which is a really good way of upping SFs. To add to what others have said, did you talk to the GP about whether any medication might be affecting you? Some people combine SW with 5:2 so that may be worth a try?

Like denise, I got to target with virtually no exercise. I have no excuses. I'm well intentioned but lazy.:o That being said I have walked a couple of miles today. I took my car in for its MOT and, as it was such a lovely morning, I walked back home afterwards. I think of exercise (I do a bit of dancing as well) as a way of keeping toned and supple rather than for weightloss.

We'll be having an early supper as DH is going out.
    So EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, 2 fried eggs, 0.5 HEB toast, HEA milk
L: maybe attack cold meat in fridge and jar of cornichons
D: SW burger, SW chips, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, peas
Snack: early supper means I'll be hungry later so maybe a bit of cheese (won't be having all milk today) on toast
    Syns: squirt of HP sauce

This month is going to be a bit of a disaster for me. I'm on holiday from next Tuesday until the end of the month then there's the World Cup games and various meals out with friends and family. I know I could keep away from the wine syns and make sensible choices but I know I won't. Next month I'll have many pounds to shift.:o

Wizkid - I don't think you need to worry too much about not eating veg on a plate, having it as soup is a great way of upping your SFs. I think Lantanna's idea of changing your protein and carbs is a good idea. It looks as though you have a sandwich as well as soup most lunchtimes, perhaps don't have the sandwich but have some Ryvitas - you can have 4 of the original ones as HEB so would be 6 syns if you hadn't got an HEB left - they're not bad dipped into your soup so no need for butter:T.

Quiches & fritatta's are also another good way of getting extra veg, as well as putting chopped or grated veg into mince (or Quorn mince on a Green day) to get even more. You don't even notice it has veg in it.

Don't fancy the mushroom omlette I was going to have so have decided on a jacket potato with baked beans and a side salad of leaves, cucumber, pepper, chopped gherkins & capers. Will also have a look to see if I've got any beetroot left (I know there wasn't many left and I think DH may have pinched the last for his salad!).

I am 100 per cent this week but have done this in the past and only get rid of a half or a pound!!!! I can not understand it. I love SW and the amount you can eat as I am sooooo greedy.

Not 'greedy', more that you have a big appetite (like me) :D

No matter how large your appetite, if you make sure that at least one third of your plate is superfree food you should be ok. Don't forget that 1lb per week is almost 4 stone a year.

Things are a bit better today and I am trying hard to stick to plan. I could do with some advice for the coming week as I am going to be out the house all day with no access to cooking facilities or fridge so I don't know what to take with me to prevent me eating fast food or chocolate. Morning and evening should be fine so only really a lunch to consider.

What about making pasta salad to take in a box? Or rice/couscous salads? Love Maman's idea of freezing a bottle of water to keep it cool, brilliant!

On a side note, I have just splashed out on a load of Lock & Lock boxes and passed on all my other plastic boxes to Mum. There are lots of similar to Lock & lock, but they are not all guaranteed leak-proof. My fridge looks so much tidier too. I'm so chuffed with them, it's sad really I suppose :o

Afternoon everyone :) Haven't read back over the last few days yet, will do that in a bit. Hope everyone had a good weekend :)

I've gone slightly (maybe more than slightly!) off the rails since Saturday, so am expecting a gain on Wednesday. I don't mind too much- had my exam, submitted a big work project then had to do a presentation in front of some VIPs today so I kind of feel like summer holidays have begun! Drawing a line under it- I did have some lovely food :D and getting straight back into it now. A gain won't be the end of the line and I've been super strict for 4 and a half weeks. :T

Tonight I'll make ax experimental soup using coconut yogurt instead of coconut milk! Am quite excited about it :)

    Lantanna is normal ;)

I'm in a uber piddled off mood
Apparent being good all week / being slightly under syns for the week ie 5 ok not a massive amount but 2 weeks ago I had a box of quality street that I didn't count and was up to 110 syns plus and lost
:@ fuming I gained 0.5lb today ok it's not a massive amount but I'm fuming because I think I've actually lost weight? I've been more active this last week - gutted a bedroom including dismantling 2 computer desks and have decluttered loads of wardrobes and the loft etc so haven't stopped?! My belt is showing as being another cm smaller so how have I gained :@
Two women in front of me gained as well and on the fb page other people have gained so honestly I'm smelling foul play I really am :@ I've paid £5 a week to have an inaccurate weight basically :@

And while I'm soap box ranting
Mr online date who appeared to good to be true apparently just wants one thing which I am not ever prepared to be someone's glorified booty call so he can piddle off! Pah wouldn't mind but I didn't even fancy him :@ I don't like this being 'dumped' thing I don't handle rejection well :(
