    Evening :j

    Not a bad day today

    B - Mushroom omelette

D - Carvery but only syns were 2 roast potatoes, 1 mini Yorkshire pudding and 2 ladles of gravy, plus whatever fat had ended up in the roast beef I trimmed all visible fat from. I had plenty of weekly syns to spare so not overly concerned, had loads of vegetables too...

T - SW chips and mushy peas and fruit salad

S - HEXB bread and 1 laughing cow blue cheese triangle and an options

    HEXA - Milk
    HEXB - Bread

Syns - Guesstimated 25 but had more than 30 in the bank so I'm okay with that... til tomorrow's WI

Body magic - Hours walk to the carvery and back as the usual driver fancied a few pints instead

    Tomorrow

B - Bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, HEXB toast

D - Tuna pasta salad with one syn of extra light mayo and pineapple chunks

T - Either cod and mushy pea curry or spaghetti bolognese, depends which I fancy and get out in the morning.

Well done all who have stuck to it in this lovely weather today, I could have murdered a cold cider  but had 2 diet cokes instead

lovely sunny morning here Just a mushroom omelette and tomatoes for breakie as going to my Brothers for a slap up roast lunch. He used to be a hotel Chef and his Sunday lunch is to die for but I will try to be good.

Had a clearout of another kitchen cupboard yesterday and passed on a few jars of cookin sauces as don't use them anymore that's made a bit more space for a few extra spices I want to try.

I have really enjoyed my 2 swimming sessions this week and am considering trying to do 3 next week, would love to build up to 5 days a week. I don't go on a weekend as find the pool too crowded. but during the week its great, had the pool to myself on Thursday.

I had a sneaky peep in at the Zumba class, oh my would love to try it but I know it would be too much for me, I have heard though of Zumba Gold which is for older less active people and is much gentler might suggest they consider this as an extra class.

    Have a lovely day everyone.

I can thoroughly recommend Zumba Gold....I've been doing it for 6 months and I love it. If you google it you will find a local class I'm sure. My class takes place in a local community centre so separate from the leisure centre.

Thank you for this it really does look fun , can see why you love it

I have googled, thats how I heard of it but nothing local to me sadly
My Club has a notice on the classes board for members to suggest new things they would like to see happening, so will put my suggestion in, this has the advantage that if they do put it on it would be including in my monthly fee.I think if the instructor can lead in a class in proper Jumba she could easily adapt this to Gold, but I am wondering how popular this would be as I havent seen any other women of my age group in the club, but worth trying I think. they can only say No cant they.

I must have fallen asleep not long after bf left as wonder bairn and I woke up on the sofa both of us starving at 6pm! In light of that I made her a bottle and got her fed then just made myself a quick jacket potato with baked beans, cheese (my HeA) and some tuna as well as a bit of salad.

I've mostly managed to avoid nibbling on bits today and doubt I'm much, if any, past 15 (I'd probably guestimate around 13)

Haven't had chance to snack since then as I've been restoring bf's laptop as he has sold it and ordered himself a Mac which I need to go pick up tomorrow (first time attempting public transport with the pushchair!)

    Thinking ahead to tomorrow:
    HeB: Kingmill Great White 60g
HeA: didn't go out for milk today so either milk all had in the later part of the day after our adventure to the main town (not our little town centre) for the laptop and some errands OR cheese... I'd prefer milk really for cuppas but we will see

Breakfast: beans on toast and some egg bites (mushroom and tomato)
Snack: will take melon and cherries to town with me
Lunch: if i get hungry in town I'll grab a salad bowl from Morrisons - all free stuff though
Snack: chocolate snack a jack 3syn when we get home with a cuppa (we have loads of chocolate ones and salt & vinegar ones from one of bf's wants)
Tea:i think half a pack or torteloni (filled pasta) at 7syn with a heap of veggies (carrot, peas, brocolli, cauli) and maybe a couple of tablespoons of tomato and basil sauce from an open jar (we'll say 3 syn for that although it should be less as it's 3.5 for 1/4 of the jar) which will leave me just enough for a little chocolate nibble should I feel the need for a bit

Probably about 25 syns for the alcohol, maybe less depending on how 'small' the glasses were. No idea for the Doritos. I'd just draw that line and have a syn free day tomorrow like you said. Hope you enjoyed it. Special occasion?

I just love your approach to this Maman, yes we all do go over at times, its not a diet its a life plan, so I think as you say, draw a line and get back on.
