    Evening all
Strange week this week, hubby away house sitting, dog was attacked. I've now joined him and it glorious here, seems odd me not having my comforts around me but I've stocked up on my essentials and bought some meals with me. Off out for dinner tonight so hoping I can have steak.
Been good, lots of walks with house owners dog - about 5 miles today
Have a lovely evening and Sunday

lush, it seems like just as you're planning your week in control I'm seeing mine spiralling away from me!

Ate far too many treats at the baby shower, now feeling decidedly bloated and podgy. I've got two meals out coming up this week and BBQ next weekend.

My plan is that I'll be extra good (i.e. minimal syns or none at all) when I can to offset the 'bad' days.

When I was getting to target I was more strict with myself in that I'd make wiser choices when eating out and even less syns at home (e.g. more sauces with cornflour these days which I'd banned before). Now I've decided that this has to be a way of life so I'm always doing a balancing act.

Well done on your loss beanie :T a loss is a loss at the end of the day.

What a funny day it has been weather wise today. It was my DD's school fete, so up early this morning setting up (outside - despite the weather reports) to only be caught up in the horrendous rain showers, to move all the stalls back inside the school, then the sun came out so we moved back outside again. t least I got some body magic in I guess!

I resisted all the naughties so was pleased with myself, did end up having a bacon butty, but I removed all fat and threw the bread roll away so just had 2 slices of bacon really!! Drank loads of water as felt so dehydrated today - don't know why!

Super proud of both DD's as they came 2nd and 3rd in the netball tournament, DD1 even won the raffle and rather then get a huge box of Thorntons on offer came back with a chalk board for writing a shopping list! lol In the end was a good day, but was super tired and had to force myself not to resort to a take away as I usually would. In the end had one of the new birdeye lemon and thyme fish portions, haven't checked the syns yet but had a huge salad on the side that I enjoyed a lot more then the fish!

Finished eating at 7.30pm and haven't had a thing since - even though it is a Saturday night which is usually 'binge night' for me. Still happily in the zone.

Planning a 3 mile walk round Caldicot Lake tomorrow as well as catching up with the housework. I'll hopefully be too busy to think about food!

maman it could all be wishful thinking on my part!

Was going to crack in to my syn laden luxury Easter egg but now it's still sat, in its box, intact on the kitchen side! We even have nibbles left- going to box them up and stick them in the cupboard once bf goes tomorrow to stop me picking at them. The BBE dates on the brownie bites etc are all long after he gets back so I figure I'll just box/seal them up and put them in the cupboard we refer to as his 'garage'; out of sight will hopefully mean out of mind!

Got distracted tonight by trying to figure out a pattern/hack for a dress I've seen and would love to own so haven't meal planned yet but I'll get around to it :)

Back from Boyzone concert completely soaked through. Enjoyed it despite the weather, it was worth it to see DH pleasure. Did go over on syns, as I was so cold and just wanted to eat. Had a caramel freddo, 2 normal freddos and about half a bag of sports mixture, plus we shared a flask of skinny latte (glad I took this as it was the only thing that kept us remotely warm). Soon as got back I put the heating on, had a hot shower and now have my flannelette nighty and thermal dressing gown on, in June!

Intend to be extra good tomorrow to make up for the extra syns today. We're possibly going out for the day on Tuesday next week so will require a packed lunch of some sort and then in the evening we will be going to Harvester to celebrate DD1 birthday(her choice). I intend to be really good where the main course is concerned but we have vouchers for free ice-cream afterwards and I was going to allow myself one as a treat. Will just have to have really low syn days afterwards.

lovely sunny morning here Just a mushroom omelette and tomatoes for breakie as going to my Brothers for a slap up roast lunch. He used to be a hotel Chef and his Sunday lunch is to die for but I will try to be good.

Had a clearout of another kitchen cupboard yesterday and passed on a few jars of cookin sauces as don't use them anymore that's made a bit more space for a few extra spices I want to try.

I have really enjoyed my 2 swimming sessions this week and am considering trying to do 3 next week, would love to build up to 5 days a week. I don't go on a weekend as find the pool too crowded. but during the week its great, had the pool to myself on Thursday.

I had a sneaky peep in at the Zumba class, oh my would love to try it but I know it would be too much for me, I have heard though of Zumba Gold which is for older less active people and is much gentler might suggest they consider this as an extra class.

    Have a lovely day everyone.
