Another 2lb lost thanks Shala. Pleased with that, as nearing goal nicely. Feeling epic after buying size 12 trousers and size 10 tops at the weekend and running an easy 15 minutes on Sunday.

Good morning everyone,it looks like another nice day, although there could be showers later, I hope not.
I am so disappointed this week, I have stayed the same, nothing off nothing on, I just can't get below eleven stone. Anyone any suggestions ? I have even increased the amount of times on my stationary bike, after breakfast and after lunch. I know that five minutes isn't much, but that is all I can manage. I just don't know what else to do.
    Cheers !

One of the best things to do is change what you are eating. Things like doing different plans throughout the week, having different HEBs (there are so many things you can have). Another thing to try is Success Express where you have 2/3rds of your plate as SFs and only 1/3 of free food. You do get 2 HEAs and 2 HEBs with this plan. There is a plan on the Slimming World website which will give you some ideas.

I wouldn't worry about not being able to do much exercise, I do virtually no exercise other than walking round the shops a couple of times a week, LOL:rotfl:; and I made it to target without exercise.

Hope that gives you a couple of ideas to try.

I'm having another EE day today. Had actually planned a Green day but as there is still lamb left from yesterday I want to use that up.

B - Bacon & mushroom sandwich (HEB + 0.5 syn for mayo instead of spread)
    L - Mushroom omlette
D - LO lamb, SW BBQ relish (going to try reheating the lamb in the sauce - hope it works!), SW wedges, corn on the cob & beans

A bit short of SFs today but will have some fruit to eat as well but still think I'll be a bit short of the 1/3rd SFs we're supposed to have on EE but need to buy some more fruit and veg which I'll do tomorrow when I go to the market.

    Morning everyone

Not had a chance to read back on what everyone's been up to but will grab a sneaky few more minutes at lunch time.

Plenty body magic this weekend - both mum and dad landed in hospital Thursday and Friday so I've been running all weekend from one end of the hospital visiting dad to the other end to visit mum! Our hospital is new and a gigantic maze so plenty exercise, especially when I get lost:rotfl:

Food wise it's been terrible. Although it's fab having my brothers home, we've been more or less camping out at mums and eating from her freezer and cupboards so it's whatever comes to hand. Pizza-gate pales into insignificance :eek:

Anyway, back at work and my own home today so will try and stay on track with an EE day -

Breakfast - toast (hexb) with banana

Lunch - smoked ham with cucumber, peppers, tomatoes, pickled shallots, cabbage and gerkins. Strawberries and pineapple

Dinner - salmon, new potatoes, brocolli, mixed veg of peas, carrots, cauli and sweetcorn. Muller light Greek yog (1/2)

Trying to do without syns to try and cover the damage.

Have a good day all x

Wizzkid - try a break in your routine. Its a little controversial but sometimes a break in your routine can restart your metabolism. Maybe have a day or two days off and then start back on it?

I find that I stall every so often and then it just drops off - I need to change what I eat every so often as my body gets used to it. So change up your meals - maybe have a week of eating totally different meals - i.e have something different for breakfast every day.

I struggled to drop below 11 stone for a while but now I'm under I'm staying there.

    Hey All,

Ok – I’m here lol. Trying to behave myself now and get on with my life. For those that are used to my rantings you’ll know I had some black dog troubles and some man dramas. Anyway still not fully back to normal (whatever that is) but in an improved state!!
But anyway I have been flaffing around not really doing SW properly for about a month – thankfully I’ve managed to stay the same and not put anything on! 10 / 11 lbs to target and I am now back on this with a vengeance! I need to get to target to stop paying for the flipping thing if nothing else !!
Sarymclary – Loving how you still have a McDonalds day a week J Ww4uZ0m+vPnz6NOrX78+IAA7
    Maman – Don’t think I’ll ever be having a tea cake again – what a waste!! YHVOFCvwGzdkZX12wrIQvfdusqd0eRAAA7
Pleaseletmelucky – If you are going to be bad – what a way to do it – Toblerone !! Outstanding use of badness UphzwYsFoLzmz2yBVIkACG7mWI1oJnby+UKxzNG1c+PezvN1dMCDqUciFhElRXIZbJJc0EYvV40gldmQs9soAAAh+QQFCAACACwCAAgACwACAAACBYSPEIlRADs=
Shala – Can you remove me from the challenge please? I’ve no real idea where I am with it now and think I’ve just shifted and gained the same 1lb the last 4 weeks!

    xx
