Ooops forgot that I will need a HeA! - I'll have cheese as I think the milk is on the turn (*grumble grumble*) and I can pop some cheese on my egg bites and with my tea :)

Think I'll try some SW rosti again for tea with a spot of salad and some left over chicken actully :)

    For Shala-WI -.6lb
Happy with that as my tummy issues are making me feel really miserable. Really bloated, having trouble 'going' :o even though am taking senakot and movicol. Am really conscious of my muffin top which I don't usually have, it's all I can see at the moment :o so I think everyone else is looking at it too :p. So out have come the gypsy tops that have the added embarrassment of making me think I look preggers. Wish I could turn my brain off, it hurts :p
So all in all am miserable and painfully uncomfortable :(
Hope everyone else is feeling happier and keeping the faith!

By the way is Ready Brek a HEB please? If so how much? TIA :A

Sorry TIE I've had a look too and cannot find Ready Break as HexB either. I noticed they had Oats so Simple Multigrain if you are able to take that (fruit muesli, honey and original flavours).

Just had a big bowl of roasted veggies with pasta followed by a big fruit salad.

Will have to remember to get all my eating and drinking done early today (by 8pm) as I have fasting blood test in the morning. :(.

    Enjoy your Sunday everyone.

Things are a bit better today and I am trying hard to stick to plan. I could do with some advice for the coming week as I am going to be out the house all day with no access to cooking facilities or fridge so I don't know what to take with me to prevent me eating fast food or chocolate. Morning and evening should be fine so only really a lunch to consider.

!!!!!!, just been and bought some as it's gluten free. Oh well got 10 sachets, will use them and hope there's no adverse weight gain. Had a look at the oats so simple and could probably have that but it does say 'may contain wheat' but nothing about gluten. Will give it a go when the ready breks gone.
    Thanks for looking :A

Glorious day here:) I did a bit of BM, attacking a shrub in the garden. I'm no gardener but it was nice to be out in the fresh air.

:hello:rummer. I'm assuming (hoping?;)) that it might stay warm through the week so you need to do something to keep your lunch cool. If you've got a fancy lunchbox/coolbag then fine but otherwise just freeze something (small bottle of water?) to use to keep your food cool for a few hours.

Then I'd keep my HEB to have a sandwich and I'd make some sort of filling salad. My favourite is probably pasta with roasted veg stirred in. One day this week I made up a packet of Golden rice and stirred salad bits into that. Or you could make up frittata/Spanish omelette and take a big slice. Bananas are easy to eat and quite filling or you could chop up melon or have a portion of strawberries.

    EE day here:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB Shreddies, HEA milk, strawberries
    L: veg and lentil soup
D: roast pork (JO recipe on a veg trivet), roast potatoes, parsnips, cabbage, cauli, broccoli
    Syns: gravy, weekend wine

It's just over a week until I go on holiday so need to be careful to wind down fridge but not run out of SFs.
