That was me;). I make it and freeze it in portions. I'm obsessive about my SFs and I think it's well worth the batch cooking to start with then makes it easy to use as an extra side of veg.
Only made half of the recipe maman as I wasn't too sure about when I first read it. Got a couple of spare portions in freezer so when they're gone we wont be afraid of doing a full amount next time. Enjoy baby shower - think we might be getting a shower of the wet kind later which is typical as I've just got back from the hairdressers. ETA just looked out of the window and it is chucking it down.
Sorry you have had a gain durham - hopefully this will be off next week plus some. Enjoy Boyzone.
Take care everyone

Tiny loss of just 0.5lb this week. I guess that's what a 50/50 week plus my body trying to finish sorting out my hormones post baby will do
Day off plan today as I have been visiting my dad and brother (and mum but she had to go off to work) and won't see my dad again for almost a fortnight so had a 'father's day' treat breakfast of poached eggs on [white toast] and then this afternoon bf and I are having family time (with baby included obviously) and as he is away for a week we will be having a Chinese (actually rather low syn options as we always have the same and we have to keep tabs on bf's diet anyway as GB want his body fat/mass to get adjusted and our favourite Chinese does stuff super healthily - all my old SW go there as everyone knows how they cook with as little fat/oil as possible!) first one in a while from our favourite take away and we have a few treats for during the BGT final.
Tomorrow will be on plan; bf only here until the afternoon then he's off for a whole week so tea tomorrow plus all meals Mon-Sat and a further 2 on the Sunday I just have myself to please. Breakfast, lunches and snacks, and to some degree evening meals, are actually rather easy for me to plan it's the munchies after my evening meal I have to think about in advance - no planning and I sit stewing over what I want and mindlessly eat rubbish.
Tonight night (whilst bf watches the football) I will sit and plan my entire week including making note of any shopping I might need (currently: milk, cherry/baby plum tomatoes, lettuce, strawberries OR bananas). I want to try diet coke chicken and also the fanta zero chicken but with just me trying them not sure how to adjust quantities (don't want to make too much in case I don't like something!)************************************

Thanks for this, I thought the caramel were 2.5 but they are a lot lower than the salt an vinegar at only 2%. So are they less than 2.5 syns then? Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Hello you lot, long time no proper see!
I have just managed to catch up on posts - taken me 2 sessions of reading to achieve. Some good losses, and even those cheeky half pounds count!
Struggled a little the first couple of days I was at work to a) force down breakfast before leaving the house - no option of eating at office at all, and b) thinking of something quick and easy to have at lunch - I get to come home for lunch. First 2 days used my HeB and most day's syns on bread for toast & sandwiches. I had healthy toppings like chilli beans, or poached eggs & bacon tho. Yesterday was much better, had shredded wheat for breakfast, and a chicken salad, followed by fruit & yogurt for lunch, meatballs & pasta for tea, so definitely clawed back some syns. Have felt hungry tho, but that could be due to not sleeping as well this week.
Today is my McDonald's day of the week, so all syns go on. That:
Making it a red day:
B - banana, yogurt
L - chicken selects 12.5 syns a few fries 2.5
D - chicken salad, fruit & yogurt
HeA milk in teas
Not having a HeB as I had the chips at lunch.
I have a cake club meeting tomorrow. I don't eat a lot of it while there, as they tend to be too sweet for me. Will work out syns tomorrow, but will treat the day as if all syns could go on it, so should have plenty to play with.
Mildredd sorry to hear the dating thing hasn't worked out. You never know what's round the corner tho. I'd sworn off blokes forever, then met my OH 2 wks later in a supermarket carpark! Life has a funny thing of getting in the way y'know. In the meantime enjoy just being you.One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0
