    Morning all,

yesterday went slightly more to plan than the previous few days. Bf is here for another 2.5 days (goes Sunday afternoon) then is away for a week (has a training camp in Leicester then straight to Toulouse for a tournament so is back the evening of Fathers' Day) so much more control as long as I can stay away from his chocolate drawer!

    today:
b: breakfast egg bites (same as yesterday), 60g Kingmill great white toasted (HeB).
    S: cherries
L: pasta salad (pasta, ham, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, pickled onion)
    S: Banana and apple
    T: chicken salad
    HeA: milk in tea etc

no real syns planned so I may have a pink and white at some point in the afternoon, 2.5, and I think I'll allow 7 for a 2 finger kit kat and a mint Options hot choc before bed :)

Must get on top of not drinking enough so when we go out for our 1mile round walk to the Friday market I will take a bottle of squash to sup on and have at least a big glass of squash with every meal plus my cups of tea etc

I meant to say the other day that the Goan Prawn Curry from this month's magazine is really yum! Had it again for dinner last night and was just as nice reheated; I made egg fried rice using the LO rice as that's what DH fancied - was OK but think I'd have preferred it plain. Don't think it really goes with curry!

Making another recipe from the July magazine for dinner tonight. Hope it's as good as the curry!

I'm having a Red day today and will be splitting my HEBs!

B - bacon, egg, mushrooms, beans (0.5 HEB)
L - ham & cheese (HEA1) salad; slice of WM bread (0.5 HEB)
D - minced beef savoury pancakes (3.5 syns), new pots (0.5 HEB), green beans, brocolli

Snack tonight - Alpen Light (0.5 HEB) not sure what flavour - have a choice of 4 or 5 in the cupboard!

    Recap of HEs

    HEA1 - cheese
HEA2 - milk - in tea throughout the day
HEB1 - baked beans; slice bread
HEB2 - new pots; Alpen Light
Syns: flour - 3.5 Will probably have some alcohol syns tonight as well!

    Have a good day everyone.

    Morning everyone

Well stayed on track yesterday and only had 8 syns?? for a glass of white wine. Feel really bloated today so will try and drink plenty to see if that helps.

    Todays food consists of -

Breakfast - toast (hexb) with banana. Nectarine and strawberries

Lunch - tuna with HUGE salad, pickled shallots, gerkins and beetroot. Aldi's Greek strawberry yog (free I believe)

Dinner - Asd's Xtra tasty cooked chicken (very yum) with SW paprika roasties, roasted onions, peppers, mushrooms and anything else I find lurking.

Syns - really trying to claw back to make up for pizza-gate:eek::eek::eek:

Away to catch up with everyone. Have a good day all x

    Beautiful day here, sun shining.:)

mim, not sure which cod you have but I can't find one that low in syns. Doesn't really matter though as you've got plenty to play with just didn't want you to have unplanned syns creeping in.

    My EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: probably a mushroom omelette with pickles
D: chicken casserole (celery, onions, leeks, mushrooms, butter beans) with some green veg and Jersey Royals
Syns: squirt of syrup, cornflour in casserole, weekend wine

According to the SW book Frozen Cod in Butter Sauce is 1.5 syns. I used Birds Eye ones.

    Happy Friday :)

Feeling a bit better today, had the day off work, went for a cup of tea with a friend this morning, then took a load of our old clothes down to one of those cash for clothes places and made thirty quid then spent an hour in the garden/jungle hacking. I've filled two bins and I'm only halfway through  might do another hour after I get Top Boy from school but I feel it is unlikely...

B - Bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, Great White toast

D - A mug shot and an apple

T - SW chicken korma from the freezer on a baked potato

    HEXA - Milk in tea
    HEXB - Toast

Syns - Might have 40g reduced fat cheddar on the korma which I think is 6?

Body magic - Couple of miles walking on the school run and back from the clothes place and an hour hardcore hacking

Which book is this please, our consultant told us to avoid birds eye one as high in syns. She recommended Youngs at 2 syns per serving. Is it possible that the 1.5 syn quoted is for 100grms?
