Hi everyone
My, how we can natter, it takes me ages to catch up, cant look while at work as the site is restricted by our iT department.
Shala a 1lb loss for this week please.
Went to my first swimming class last night. Not been swimming for years but good for the old knee. However it was at a local school and had those horrible ladder things to get in, with a huge step to get up to them. Managed it as felt very embrassed when the instructor said they had a hoist which they could use to lower me in! :embarasse

I'm feeling very tempted by the actifry now
Had a good food day today. Fruit for breakfast, fruit and yogurt for lunch and the bf made the SW beef kofta curry for dinner which was really yum. Then I had a Snickers for my Syns!
Also had a hifi and a latte for my healthy extras. Walked the 2.2 miles to work for exercise. Will do the same tomorrow, weather permitting.0 -
Wow, this thread moves so fast these days!
I'm not going to attempt to make many responses, but that actifry ...... but it is wee bit pricey! I don't have much surface in my kitchen as it is. But I am tempted - but by a cheaper version maybe
Sorry some of you are having tough times at home or at work - hang in there.
I had a Gold bar last night, to keep OH company, so that was another 6 syns off my week's allocation.
Thursday's Menu

Lunch: prawn mayo (1 syn) jacket with salad
Dinner: ratatouille with couscous (0.5 syn), hm bread & butter (9 syns), fruit salad (blueberries, grapes, strawberries, kiwi, nectarine, melon)

Just looked at your sig and you're making fantastic progress. If you think we're coming up to half way through the year, you could be 6.5+stones lighter by the end of 2014. No way will you need a hoist!!
And looking at your menu, assuming you didn't have potatoes it could have been a red day.0 -
